I am so happy this new Yoshinoya just opened up so close to my house. I used to have to drive to Redlands or Riverside, but now we have one here. This location didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly and very attentive. My order is very particular, but they got it right. And even when I let them know I was not happy with the fried chicken, they brought me a new one. I have been enjoying Yoshinoya since 1996, so it is good to know this family chain restaurant has not lowered their quality and keeps reinventing itself. Please just give out more deals in the app.

I ordered a beef bowl which consisted of 20% meat, 30% veg, and 50% udon noodles. I added an order of Tokyo fried chicken for an extra $3. With a drink the total was $16.50.
The beef was good, as I remembered from years before, but stingy quantity. The veggies were tasty and the noodles were mid. The chicken was most disappointing-not crispy and could have used another minute of cook time.
San Bernardino has been waiting for something special and different. Replacing the former KFC is a great addition to the area–though you may be left unsatisfied if your expectations are too high. As food prices rise sharply, I wished for better. ~IL

When we saw this place was being built we were over the moon excited. Every time we have gone since they opened has been disappointment. The first time we went the sodas were nothing but carbon! It was gross. Tonight we went 30 minutes before close (big mistake). The lights were off, like they were closed, probably what they were going for. We were going to order and we over heard the ladies working saying they only had enough veggies for 1 plate. When we ordered, we were then told they had no veggies. We got 2 plates and 2 large drinks for almost $40 and this is what we got? This is terrible! The beef and chicken plate was supposed to be the XL one, most definitely not even close! I get it, you close in 30 minutes, but they could have offered to give us something else or at least filled the plate.

The manager (Roxane could be off on the name but she came from upland I think) she is amazing!!!! She took care of me and went above and beyond for me! it was busy and she was under a lot of pressure but she still took care of me with a smile! She made the food fresh for me and she also gave me excellent customer service! We need more managers like her!!! Because of her service I’ll always come back!

I experienced something at this location I have never seen in any other location. All the staff is extremely polite. Also, Vladimir come out from the kitchen ask everyone sitting down if they needed anything? That was wonderful. I give the shift manager and staff 10+.

I came in yesterday and what a great experience, a lot of laughter and friendly greeting , amazing management and best off all great food, what a great experience for being a fast food. I spoke with a manager Kaitlyn and as I was eating she was wiping tables and checked in with us to ask how we are doing and how is the food, it’s very rare in places like this customer get talked to, I will definitely be returning

We got so exited!!when Yoshioya open in san Bernardino due to the fact we used to travel all the way to Redlands. I can’t describe the unfortunate events we have experienced here in San Bernardino we 70 year old mother was bully and disrespect at the drive thru, I got a horrible attitude from the cook a Mexican with tattoos around his 35 early 40s all because I asked for extra juice! Insane , manager was a total idiot. Long story short we rather travel extra 10 miles to get our food with a smile and done right than deal with unpleasant group of individuals….so sad all this bad reviews hopefully they get a new staff

What a great first time, I live in the mountains and happen to drive by here, and so glad I did, what amazing food, great customer service, I was talking with General manager and is ish we had great ones like her “Katelyn was amazing, I was able to learn about your establishment as well as save money by downloading the app and getting a free bowl, food was fresh, a lot of laughters, guest walking in and being told hi with their name, as I see customers come in a lot to this establishment, I will be be back and bring family and friends, I will be back down and will be making this my stop for lunch or just a bite to take home.

Ordered teriyaki chicken. After a couple of minutes, I saw they made a mistake and they realized I hadn’t got my food yet. Ashley and Yvette were very apologetic and they went above and beyond to make it right! Great people and I hope to see more of them soon.
