The place looks dirty. It’s need a makeover. The bread sucks! I thought the ingredients in my sandwich were tasty. I got the Italian sub. I wish it were toasted and served hot. The staff is very nice and friendly. I probably will not come back. Very unremarkable.

Our family visited Vero over the weekend. We found this lunch spot on 21st Street and gave it a try. Fast, excellent service and delicious food. My wife shared a delightful cold sub with our son. I went for a toasted meatball sub – it was terrific. We sat outside. The breeze out front enhanced a relaxing, early-afternoon atmosphere. Friendly people. This place will be a new haunt. I’ve been coming on and off since the original owner Jerry was here. I even remember as a kid getting food and watching the trade centers falling in his lobby. Man what a let down I used to dream of coming here and slowly as the years went on its gotten so bad. I can’t even taste the cold cuts there so little on them. Best Eggplant Parmesan sandwich hands down in Vero Beach.
It made me want to eat very slow to savor the flavor. Eggplant very soft, generous on cheese and sauce. Delicious and Fresh bread. Only place to get it. Just take it home or to the office, no nice seating like other restaurants. No problem for me.

Delicious Italian sub! I’m from South Philly and have had many great sandwiches. My sandwich from Girodano’s reminded me of home.
The bread is very good, and the toppings were sliced fresh and plentiful. Service was also great.
I’ll be back to try some other things from the menu.
