My family and I stopped in yesterday on Christmas day for coffee and the 2 girls working behind the counter had quite the line of customers to take care of. They were both wonderful and handled the crowd swiftly and with such grace. I just wanted to leave a review to thank them for their time and effort!

This was the 2nd Dunkin of my day. And the manager who helped us was excellent. We wanted donut totes. At the first Dunkin I asked what I needed to do to get one as I didn’t know and they ignored me. This manger let me know and looked at my previous receipt and said I should have received one for my order. I went back with my receipt and they were out of them. Glad I stopped and got them from this wonderful place!

I only wanted a cup of hot coffee and had to wait in line while all the foofoo drinks were made. The blueberry muffin I was going to eat later I should have thrown it out the windows as I drove by the next day.

I ordered a cookie dough frozen coffee and unfortunately had a really bad experience. Two ladies were working at the time — one of them told me they were out of the cookie dough cream, so she gave me some options and I chose chocolate instead. I was clearly disappointed, and the other woman actually laughed at me for it, which I felt was really unprofessional.
Then, when my drink was finally ready, there were no cookie dough chips on top either, so I didn’t even get what I paid for. As a respectful young man, I didn’t want to cause a scene or start anything in the store, but this honestly wasn’t good service. I paid full price and didn’t receive the product the way it should have been made, and being laughed at as a customer was unnecessary.

Good service and atmosphere. But lately they are not adding enough ingrident to the sandwiches. Avocado toast with bacon they only add one strip and cut it out and spread which is about 4 tiny piece. Bagel with cream cheese spread is like a half of the small pouch they have. And if you order to go, need to check your order , twice I had missing item. They use to be excellent but not anymore.

I purchase a frozen coffee everyday from various Dunkin Donuts. Today was a horrible experience at this one. I placed my order at the counter for a medium frozen coffee. I was asked if I want flavor, I said no regular. I then see the word “black” pop up on the register. So I said, no I didn’t want it black I want it regular. I was told, nothing comes in it. Which I know is not true. Another employee states, it only comes with cream. Well then, that’s obviously not black then. When I explained I get it everyday, I don’t ask for sugar or cream/milk it comes that way. The only thing I should be asked is if I want flavor or whipped cream. I’ve never been told it comes black. I just said forget it, I’ll go to another one. I get close to the door only to hear this CHILD employee yell back at me “ADIOS”. Is that the way you treat customers?!? I am a grown woman and will not be treated this way by a child. If you don’t like the job you have or can’t seem to learn it or how customer service works. Find another job. Sure enough, when I went to another dunkin donuts all I had to ask for was a medium frozen coffee and it magically appeared with sugar and light. Teenagers were just plain nasty! Don’t worry I will not give this establishment any of my money any longer.

Great people. I’m there just about every morning for 8 years. The owners are just genuinely nice people. The staff is always friendly and the service is mostly superb. If you’re a regular, they start making your coffee as they see you walk through the door. I’ve seen them handle all sorts of unruly customers over the years and they are always polite and accommodating – even in the face of the occasional ignorant customer arguing and being very disrespectful. If I go to any other dunkin donuts I feel I’m cheating on them!!! They’re the best.

Me and my daughter have been going here since she was a little girl and it was a big deal to her and her best friend Sarah to be allowed to walk there. We still go there at least 3 or 4 times a week. They’re also the only gas station and store close to my house.
