The pizza at Gambinos was good, kids liked the sauce and cheese. We all felt the crust was a little on the soft side and could have used just a bit longer or hotter through the roller oven.
Overall really great and service was feindly and accommodating, we brought the pizza over to the park and ate there. Great stop off in Alma.

I came from Eskridge with less then 40 minutes to 9:00 PM. I had planned on stopping eating at 8:55 PM and taking the rest with me.
At 8:50 I was told that the store is closing soon and was rushed out.
Next time I will check out DJ’s or some other place that won’t rush someone out 10 minutes to closing time.

Unfortunately it will take a lot for me to come back to this place. The pizza is great, the kids love it! The service on the other hand, not so much. Online coupons did not work and no refund for the mess up was even offered. The kid working was super friendly and tried everything he could do to make it right. Unfortunately again, nothing was done! No manager was on sight so I was just out of luck. Horrible business practice.

The last few times I have ordered the White pizza it seems like there’s no sauce on it . I find out tonight that they put less sauce on the White pizza so the toppings don’t slide out. Don’t know about you but when I order a certain kind of pizza I want to see and taste everything.

Food is good. Service is fast. But the communication between staff and customers to ensure orders are correct and made correctly, is something left to the imagination. This is the 4th time we’ve placed a $60± order and the staff had not communicated they no longer carry an item on the menu. But staff took it upon themselves to not relay this to the customer at the time of placing the order and substituted with green peppers. But at pick up lied and said that’s what we ordered. Staff member is constantly wasting company product, time & resources. Not to mention wastimg customer time, gas and satisfaction. My family lives 24 miles away from Alma. So for my family of 5 this is a big deal.

The service is great. This is ran as a down home shop. The people are friendly and treat you as if you were family. They take your order by phone, web or on person. Each time I have been to this shop I haven’t ever been miss treated. They smile as you come in and say hello to you. This restaurant has a country feel about it. You’ll understand when you walk through the door.

This Gambinos was in Alma, KS. The food was good and the service was good but the place seemed dirty and dinghy. The bathroom was pretty gross too. Again, the food and service was good but maybe it should be carry out only.

The kid making my pizza acted like she didn’t want to be there. Not wearing gloves, wiped sweat off her forehead. Put about a head of lettuce on my mini taco pizza threw the tomatoes on. she tried to close the box buy couldn’t because lettuce was hanging out if it. I had to fix it. Poor poor service. Maybe the manager should be there more often.
