I like Subway, but this is the worst subway that I’ve ever visited. I stopped by there on Sep 12, 2021 at 12:30 PM. Three waitresses girls seem to be overstaffed for this size of restaurant. Only one girl served us. She served very slowly and made several mistakes (put only 4 slices of tomatoes for 1-ft sandwich). On top of that, the other two girls were playing each other like kindergartners. Very unprofessional and made loud noise.
The only reason I give 2-star is because the store is new. However, this unprofessional services will not only push the customers away but also tarnish the superior brand of Subway.
I hope that the management team can see my feedback and do corrective measures accordingly.

Don’t ever go too ok the subway at 2920 and 45 next to the H&R Block! I ordered two sandwich meals and was charged 3 times for them because the 2 people behind the register were high as a kite. I tried to get my money back and they refused to give me my money back or even check in the system where I had been charged three times even after I showed them my bank ledger they proved it posted to my account three times. So I contacted corporate and finally the manager got in contact with me and asked for the information. I sent him the receipt and I sent him the copy of my bank ledger showing that it came out three times and he still refuses to refund my money stating that he never got the message from me even though I sent it to him four times. So David went there in person to try to get the money back and he tells us we have to go through our bank and just dispute the charges. Now I have to wait 60 days to get my money back and the bank cut off my card so I have to go get a new card. Eduardo is the managers name. He’s a terrible manager.

Had a bad experience: I order two 6 inches sandwiches, the one on the flatbread was cold after putting out in the oven? I did not notice till I went to the goodwill around the corner and tried eating it. Also upon walking in I noticed their A/C was off, and I asked they it was so hot in there. After I paid for my sandwich I was told they had no napkins ♀️ I also ordered 3 cookies and I only got one… not a good day today at subway today. And lastly, one of the teen employee was in the lobby sweeping the floors and another customer walked in, so the employees simply put down the broom and went to the sandwich to prepare the meal without washing his hand lol.

What happened to the steak and cheese sandwich which used to be in gravy and warm. Just went to get one, the sandwich was toasted, the meat was still cold and dry, the cheese did not even melt. Will not go back here.

One of the Best Subways I have ever been.. the lady working here is knowing her customers and call them my friend.. she walked out from behind the counter to my table and gave me a small candy and said to me ” welcome to the neighborhood” !! I will come more often here.
