Horrible experiences. Every single time we have eaten here it has taken over 40 minutes to get a meal for 2 people. We have went inside and have went through the drive thru multiple times with the same problem. They will say the wait is only 6 mins but we are there for 20 plus minutes. It took my fiance going inside and getting rude for them to start actually making our food. Ridiculous. Will not be returning

This place is hands down the best chicken restaurant! The competition isn’t even near what this place is — the staff are friendly, food is hot and amazing, and the environment is second to none. The chicken is so good I can’t go anywhere else without being disappointed. I LOVE coming here and can’t say enough good things about them!

The price of this item has increased significantly over the past few months. It was $10 this time last year, $7 a few months before that, and $13 just a month ago. I understand that inflation is a factor, but I would appreciate it if the quantity of food remained the same. Additionally, I was disappointed that my request for extra sauce resulted in a charge without actually receiving it.

Long line at drive-through upon arrival. I spent about 20 minutes in line before ordering. My food tasted fine but I wasn’t a fan of finding a twist-tie in my salad.

Breanna was our cashier on 8/16/25 at 12:15pm and she was amazing for us and wanted to bring our food to the table and went out of her way to say sorry about the extra wait for our food when she already told us it would be a little wait. She was like that with all her customers and she’s a great example of a great employee
