I will NEVER be ordering from this location ever again! As my receipt clearly shows, I wanted “More Baja Chipotle” AND Buffalo sauce applied to all three outlaw footlongs. As a paying customer, if i want TWO sauces on my footlongs THAT IS MY RIGHT! What i get? Footlong 1 had 1/8 teaspoon sauce, Footlong two had 1/4 teaspoon sauce applied, and footlong 3 had 1/4 teaspoon sauce applied resulting in dry food. These subs were moderately to severely undersauced/underdressed it was to the point I HAD TO REACH FOR A MODERATE GULP of my pineapple soda after.
The point of ordering online was that i shouldn’t have to come down there. Let alone the sandwich maker should have just made my food correctly the first time. I called there directly to try to get this fixed but the manager and the sandwich maker started implying that i lied about what went on. I’m 37 years old why would i make this up? Poor customer service to say the least! I would not recommend this location unless you want attitude, undersauced food and poor customer service! They are currently refusing to give me my money back too.

Dude working there seriously would not give me a little more shredded lettuce on my sub.. He said “I don’t wanna run out” with a full tray of it an hour before close.. Wild.. I legit have never had somebody be a McStinge with shredded lettuce that’s crazy..

I had a great experience at the Subway on West Liberty Avenue in Pittsburgh! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They prepared my order quickly and exactly the way I asked. What really stood out was how neatly and professionally the sandwiches were made everything was fresh, perfectly portioned, and beautifully displayed. You could tell they take pride in their work. It’s not just fast food here it’s quality service with attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered raspberry cheesecake cookies for my toddler, she is currently doing chemotherapy treatments and she was looking forward to these cookies all day. When I ordered through Uber, they sent Oatmeal Raisin cookies. My daughter had to go to bed without her Cheesecake cookies. I do hope that the staff actually pays attention to orders in the future so that no other children have to go through this.

The guy with the blond braids (couldn’t get his name) working tonight, so nice, a little quiet, is ok! I am too! Took his time to make my sandwich right and not all messy like other people. He is also way nicer then the young lady working here like 6 months ago

The guy at the counter today had a bad attitude from the time I walked in. I felt like a bother by just walking in. Not even a “hello”. He also messed up my order (no biggie). When I realized he messed up my order I was already gone. So I called to make sure I could come back and I told him I received the wrong cookies, he told me that that’s what I asked for lol. Thankfully I was able to just come back and get what I actually asked for. Poor service overpriced and even worse food (all subways, not just this one), other than the cheesecake cookies of course haha.
