We’re visiting from out of state, looking for good lunch options. Found this lil place, very basic interior, not fancy at all. The cashier was friendly and helpful as we asked her a bunch of questions about menu items. Finally decided to have the taco birria con queso, not fried and the birria torta. OMG it was delicioso! Loved all the toppings too. It was like eating at your favorite Mexican Tia’s house with home cooked love. I hope we can visit this place again on our next trip!

I always get birria tacos. The crunchy birria tacos are my favorite. There is a good amount of meat in each taco with flavor, I been to places where the birria has no flavor! The consomé & the red spicy salsa is amazing too. Try some birria here I recommend

Horrible service from the lady at the front counter I had an online order that was sitting on the counter ready and she kept making me step to the side to take peoples orders that came in after me yes after me even though I was there and my food was ready just getting cold! Then she started talking bad about me in Spanish I guess she didn’t realize I am fluent because of how I look finally when people stopped coming in after me she grabbed my bag from the counter that was already ready and packed and said in Spanish I forgot to but something “special in it” to another worker a man I told her give me my bag no need to take it to the back she said yes I have to make sure you have all your stuff and specia sauces and took it to the back smelling I said I wanted a refund but they refused it to me so I just ended up leaving the food and didn’t get my money back horrible place! I literally have no idea what I did to deserve that I’m a really nice person.

The food was cool but the cashier messed up the entire experience. Rushing through orders and staring at me with an attitude won’t make me come back. There’s alot of ppl out here in need of employment and to have an attitude with someone who had nothing to do with whatever you were mad at, is absurd. At least the person that handed me my food was polite.

So delicious! I got the birria torta with cheese on top. They’re not stingy with the meat at all, the bread was soft. It didn’t get soggy. Just so good!!! Would 100% recommend.

Ok, I’m not going to lie, this is among the best birria you can get. I absolutely loved it. Birria was so soft and tender, perfectly cooked to perfection, not dry at all. Micheladas are also among the best I’ve tasted. They also aren’t stingy with their condimen, specially the cilantro. I highly enjoyed my experience back and I’m definitely coming back.

Birria is my new favorite food and Xolo Birrieria was no disappointment. Flavor town USA! The consume Delicioso! The tacos are large and have a lot of meat. The Quesadilla had a lot of meat also with plenty of cheese. And they recently added Birria Ramen to the menu and it is BOMB !! Which also has tons of meat!! Arguably to much meat but very delicious. Just eat it right away because the noodles get very soggy, very quickly. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. I haven’t been disappointed yet.

Honestly, one of the best Tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Had the Keto Tacos. Extraordinary. Been all ove the country and tacos are one of my go to lunch options. Really happy to know this spot is amazing and super close to the airport. Perfect for a quick layover snack!
