Today I spent an hour and ten minutes waiting for my online order. I ordered one regular sub, a salad, and a kid’s meal. During my wait it started storming and the ceiling inside the restaurant was leaking horribly where they make the subs. I did check my order before I left and noticed they didn’t give us the drink cup, so I asked for it was told “yeah, just get it yourself.” I got home and realized they also did not put the cookie in the bag, and gave us the wrong salad and also didn’t put anything on the salad. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and will never come back to this location. The staff also was evidently miserable because one of them quit shortly before I left. There was no less than 7 people waiting for their online orders at any time.

When I came in to place my order, the music was so loud I could barely hear the person behind the counter. I got a two subs a Philly steak and a gluten free sub, I asked for turkey and bacon, im pretty sure there was one piece of bacon on my sandwich. The atmosphere wasn’t the greatest, I could tell the people waiting for food were not happy! Im pretty sure the receipts were on the counter or on the wall while I stood there waiting. I understand everywhere is very low staffed, I get that! But this was first time impressions weren’t great! I ordered door dash last week. The food was way better!

Keysha is ALWAYS super friendly and the service is excellent. ALL of the employees are always nice. She has great ideas/promotions to keep me coming back. Frequent dining card, etc. I switched to this location a while back and I’m glad I did. Don’t know about these other “ratings”. THIS PLACE IS 5 STAR IN MY BOOK!

Totally loaded up my “regular” size cheese steak – definitely did not skimp.
Was really good, except the bread is pretty basic/boring white bread (was fresh though).
Will absolutely come to this place again when I’m in the area.
Edit: went back today and updating my score to 5/5 – OMG this sandwich was so good! I got the #56 “Big Kahuna” but I added extra mushrooms, banana peppers (it comes with Jalapenos), raw onions, lettuce, and pickles.

I went here with my boyfriend and I was surprised at how good their hot mushroom sandwich was! It is much appreciated that there is a vegetarian/meatless option something other than just a bunch of cold veggies and cheese. It was really good, I really liked the sandwich. I would recommended this place!
Update: I did change my rating to 2 stars. They got rid of my favorite which was the mushroom, onion, and pepper sandwich. Such a bummer.. Now their only vegetarian option is a bunch of cold veggies on bread. Boring and it’s been done before. They stood out before with an option that had more effort to it.
