Vineria is a charming little spot off Blairs Ferry that my parents introduced to my older brother and me. I had no idea Cedar Rapids had a cozy wine bar, but this one is both quaint and high-quality. The pizza we ordered was absolutely delicious, and it was clear they use top-quality mozzarella and premium ingredients. Jose was warm, attentive, and handled everything with professionalism and respect. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I would say this is the best place to get wine in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Area. The selection is incredible (especially if you like Spanish Wine!!) and the prices are great! Jose is knowledgeable and helpful if you don’t know where to start! 10 stars!

The owner is a certified sommelier and he knows his wines. He only sells what he would drink himself. The pizzas and tapas are also great. He developed the pizza dough recipe for his pizzas. And he has Happy Hour Tuesday through Saturday – $2 off pizza and 1/2 off wine by the glass from 3 PM to 6 PM. There are wine tastings at least once a month as well. It’s my go-to place!
