The overall quality of chick fil a has significantly plummeted. This packet of pepitas was served on January 8, however best before as per stamp was January 1st. My favorite used to be spicy southwest salad, but lately whether I order it from here of chick fil a near st jude, the salad is not fresh. The size and quality of pearl tomatoes also reduced significantly. However the prices has been consistently higher.

The food is always horrible at this location. People are nice. The service is good. But the food is always subpar for a Chick-fil-A. This morning I got the chicken minis and they were thrown in my box. It looked like most of the chicken was not even between the pieces of bread. It was sitting on top. Otherwise thrown in the box anywhere. This is not the first time. Also, the hash browns are always under cooked or they taste like the grease is old. Today, they are under cooked and have zero salt on them. I know this is a high volume store, but the food is not up to Chick-Fil-A standards at all.

The food was okay, not a wide variety at this small location, but the workers were incredibly rude! Never experienced such at a Chick-fil-A. A really tall girl took my order. I spoke said hello she was like, “What do you want to order?” It doesn’t cost a thing to speak, but it will cost you this customer. I’ll drive to another location rather than deal with people who act as though they don’t want to work, I’ll help you out there.

I stopped rather early and my food was not fresh and it was cold. I usually never go to there for breakfast. it’s expensive for breakfast it’s like I’m paying for lunch or dinner. But I was on campus to go to the Credit Union which is on the same floor. The staff was nice and I didn’t wait long but I wasted my money.

I believe that the debit card I presented twice at the window for separate purchases was illegally used by one or more of the 3 workers. I received a message from my bank about midnight that someone had used my debit card number twice for cash app purchases. I have not used that card in quite a while. This remains under investigation. My advice: use only cash when purchasing at this place, if you go there at all.
