I have been meaning to check this place out for month now and I am so glad I did! I got a chicken burrito bowl with basically everything on it and it was HUGE. The chicken was tender and really flavorful. The ingredients all looked fresh and overall it was just delicious. I told myself that I would save half the bowl for later, but I ate the whole thing lol!

The service here is like no other. Genuinely nice, caring, and efficient. Clean, clean space. The burritos are to die for. We are obsessed with them. I initially thought it would be too much like other fast food type chain restaurants but it is not at all like that. Even the margaritas were outstanding and we enjoyed the outside space in the summer. We are vegan and alas they actually have a nice tofu mixture for burritos and vegan cookies that are amazing. Please keep doing what you’re doing.

My first time visiting this place, as I am from out of town and it was recommended on Find Me Gluten Free as basically “if Chipotle wasn’t owned by private equity”.
This description was spot on, and if you like Chipotle, you will like Mesa Grande.
What stood out to me though, was the order printed strangely on the ticket/receipt, and even I thought it had missed some extras I had paid for on some tacos when I glanced at it. When I opened the bag, the employees had missed them too, but when I pointed it out to them, they immediately re-made the tacos entirely, loaded them down with said extras, and gave me a free flan for my trouble. I would have been perfectly happy with a container of extras I could have applied to my own tacos, but this was a surprise.
Food is good, atmosphere is good, but service is excellent.

Saw a video of their bowls on my fyp on tiktok and encouraged my husband to come with me to check it out. To say we were impressed is an understatement. From the super friendly and helpful owner, to the friendly staff, and the incredible ALL inhouse-made food, my mind was blown as well as my tastebuds! Bye Chipotle! Hello Mesa Grande Taqueria!!

I had a great experience at Mesa Grande. Firstly, I think it’s important to note how kind the staff members were. I like how they keep a cleaning station in the front too where you can see the employees washing their hands. It was super clean inside and the food was surprisingly way better than I thought.
I expected maybe a chipotle or moes level of food but got something way better and more enjoyable than that.
This time I got a burrito bowl, which was plenty for me at the time. I also got chips which I highly recommend as well with the home made queso.
Next time I’d love to try the tacos. It was really good so I’m sure I’ll be back again next time in the area. Thanks again to the amazing staff! It makes coming to places like this so much more worth it when the people behind the counter are so welcoming

We have ordered catering for the workplace a few times from Mesa Grande Taqueria and it is outstanding every time!! They allow you to order the dishes and sides separately to easily accommodate for food allergies. The quality is great and I’m certain we will order with them again and again!

Carne asada salad bowl with pinto beans and queso! I did a taco and tequila pub crawl and this place was one of the featured tacos, and I thought it was absolutely delicious! So I had to come back and try the rest of the menu. They have a great selection of salsas and hot sauces of varying heat levels. I like it HOTTT so I got the chipotle which is the hottest and it didn’t disappoint! The spiced chocolate cookies are also yummy, and so are the margaritas. Restaurant is setup very similarly to the popular chipotle chain , but I would dare to say they’re a cut above. Everything is fresh and homemade. I will definitely be returning! All the employees are very friendly and cheerful, and check in to make sure you’re enjoying your food. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

the food was good! definitely not revolutionary but yummy nonetheless. i got a chicken asado bowl and barbacoas tacos. the barbacoas definitely had more flavor.
one of the servers/cashiers was quite off putting however. she was talking very quiet and clearly was not willing to answer questions or explain anything. she looked absolutely miserable to be there. the other server, however, was very engaging and willing to answer any questions. he even checked up on how the food was later on!

Mesa Grande Taqueria catered our work lunch and everything was fantastic! All toppings were secured and easy to carry out, and food stayed hot and fresh. Delicious food!
