Went there last night with a group of 7 total. We were seated immediately but the wait staff (consisted basically of the owner and a couple of other people) did not get to us until 20-30 minutes later with even water our drink orders. We waited patiently but received empty promises when we made it known that we had not been waited upon. More aggressive people probably would have left the eatery by then. But we waited. Finally they got to us. A note is that for a small to medium sized eatery they were quite full of patrons. But no excuses. The food ordered took quite a while to be brought to us. It doesn’t take long for pho to be prepared. Appetizers were ordered and the spring rolls were good. Couple of people ordered egg rolls and in my opinion they were over cooked. I got the Pho Arlington and the noodles were good. The broth was ok and not overly salty. It came with 2 bones of short ribs but not as much of the sliced beef. For $24.99 I expected a little more of the sliced beef even with the short ribs. The pork chop with rice was reported as good. The sizzle cake was very good. Another aspect of our visit was the several members of our party noticed that a worker took several glasses from another table that had left. She took the glasses to a small wash sink and just emptied the glasses, rinse them without cleaning them and refilled them with ice and water and bright them out to our table. Gross! No wash nor sanitizing. Mashed one think what other short cuts do they take? E did not that they have a 93/100 health rating. Overall experience was not great and close to terrible. The food gets an extra star. May try this place again to give them a second chance to make it right since a close friend highly recommended it. To give the management some credit for the situation, they did comp some of the food.

My new favorite place! The lemongrass tofu is just like how Pho Binh in midtown used to make it. Legendary recipe. I’ve ordered from here like three days in a row now lol I also love the boba, it’s fresh and tasty. Just what I needed after having dental work done! ♥️ I hope this place sticks around for a good while!

First time at this recently opened restaurant and it did not disappoint. I was happy to have a different ethnic food to enjoy as many of the restaurants in my area are more southern comfort food. Many Vietnamese coffees to select from. We had the Vietnamese coffee with the sweetened condensed milk (served cold) and it was delicious. The spring vegetable rolls and the shrimp vegetable rolls both served with a peanut sauce was amazing. Our main course was “Rice Vermicelli With Grilled Beef Short Ribs & Egg Rolls” and that was excellent. And the Pho Rare beef excellent as well! Neatly organized setting with tables and chairs and bench seats with tables. Popular for take-out. Friendly staff.

Please stop in and enjoy this place. We have now visited this three times. The pho is very well presented with many choices in both beef and chicken. We have had both chicken and beef as well as spring rolls and even their sandwiches. The owners are welcoming and staff is very efficient in service. Highly recommend the house hot tea with flowers.

I was so excited for this restaurant to open, and I finally got to try it today. My boyfriend and I had pho, popcorn chicken, and the signature boba for lunch. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh, with generous portions. The pho broth was very flavorful—better than one I tried at another local restaurant. The food also came out very quickly. The atmosphere is cozy, cute, and clean. Our server was kind and helpful, as were the other staff members. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back to try more items from the menu! :))

The restaurant environment Is serene and calming.

The service is what you expect for a new restaurant opening. Everybody has a smile on their face and the restaurant was packed.

The wings were OK and the sauce that you dipped the wings in is a sweet mustard based sauce. Five wings for $11 is a bit expensive.

The Pho wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t special. I would’ve liked more meat and ingredients overall in the pho.

Their milk tea was good And they had various selections of beverages, including sugarcane beverages

I will be going back to give the sandwiches a try.

I’ve been trying to find another authentic Vietnamese restaurant close by for quite some time. Yes, there are ones in Cordova or midtown, etc but on a weekday afternoon right around rush hour, the last thing I want to do is sit in traffic for a couple hours during the trip. I knew this place was coming to Arlington but the time slipped by and I had forgotten to check to see if it had opened yet. Glad I checked again because it was fantastic. My wife and I went since the kids were away for the evening and we were both thoroughly impressed. I got the Phở Gà, which is my go to dish to get a taste for the quality. The chicken was tender, broth was clean and tasted great. The add ins (sprouts, Thai basil, cilantro, and jalapeño) were extremely fresh. My wife had the shrimp fried rice and it was the perfect serving size and the taste was also great. No crispy grains or mushy ones either. Service was quick, food was fantastic, price is right on point. I’ll be going back to try the Pad Thai, Báhn Mi, and other menu items in the future as well. Oh, the Boba and Fruit teas are great as well. Don’t skip out.

Best Asian food in the Memphis area. Orange chicken with fried rice is top notch since they upgraded their fried rice by adding egg (as intended). The orange flavor is subtle And natural. They use real oranges not some artificial crap. Not too sweet and not too orangey. I’ve also had the pork vermicelli, Crawfish nachos, lemongrass Barbecue chicken, and pork eggrolls. All delicious.

The salt, coffee and pineapple soda are also really good.

Excellent first experience. Ordered the beef and brisket Pho and was delighted by the tenderness of the protein, the flavorful broth and abundant amount of tender noodles. Service was quick and friendly. We will be back!
