The workers at this Firehouse Subs location actually care about the accuracy of our order. The cashier was polite and had already memorized my sons order after 2-3 visits. Out of all the different sandwich shops in Clinton, MS -this one is the best. It always tastes wonderful and we don’t have to worry about getting sick from bad food or unsanitary conditions. The workers care and it’s very appreciated. Thanks Firehouse.

I usually enjoy a hot fresh sandwich from this location. I am faithful customer; however this time I purchased 2 sandwiches. They were COLD AND NOT FRESH NO PICKLE WAS added upon request! There were like 5 workers present and when I asked how long ago my meal had been made they replied THEY DID NOT KNOW! HOW IS THAT? THEY ALSO didn’t offer to make another sandwich. Poor customer service and lack of food quality! Totally disappointed. Think twice BEFORE YOU PRE ORDER. MEAL SET UP HOURS!! STAFF DID NOT CARE!
