Went through the drive thru, then drove all the home to find we didn’t have everything. My wife drove back after I called and got the sandwich that was missing. They said it was a canceled order but we still paid for it, so I don’t know what they’re doing. She finally received the sandwich but it was a big hassle. I know it’s new so hopefully they’ll do better in the future

Went through the drive-through for food waited to pick it up for 30 minutes before I went inside and ask them if they had my order which they didn’t. They ended up re-printing the ticket getting me my food fresh giving me a voucher for a free meal and offering me custard to make up for my time. Not my best fast food experience, but still grateful for the awesome team and them working with me to get me my food!

Food was good. The problem is the service. We’ve went twice since it opened. Both times in the evening our order was incorrect through the drive thru. We let them know, they correct it and actually remake the entire order! Thats great but it ends up being 20-30minutes to get your food. I also feel terrible for the owner and the food cost if they are remaking entire orders over one sandwhich. Hopefully they can get it together so the business can thrive. Great addition to the area.

Past two trips, no cheese sauce. Ordered a mushroom swiss and a tenderloin with tomato lettuce and mayo. Get home, tenderloin on bun, topping on mushroom swiss, did I mention no cheese sauce. New store thanks for coming to Tilton.
