Ordered through the dunkin app and when we arrived they told us they were out of stock of what we ordered.
The staff were very accommodating and offered us other options, but also told us they can’t refund us unless we come another day seeing as they have no manager on site.
Only managers giving refunds makes sense for business security, but if thats the policy they need to have managers on shift everyday, especially on public holidays when things are likely to go wrong.

Two months ago, I would’ve given them a five star rating. The people are always friendly. The service is fast. But I go inside. I don’t order things or go in the drive through line outside. I go into the building. But this last time I went there and three of our favorite donuts the chocolate filled, the vanilla filled, and coconut donuts are no longer being offered. I was so frustrated. When I asked why they said their supplier is no longer supplying those varieties. So for me, there’s no point in going back there. I can get regular donuts anywhere.

I had something come up to where I couldn’t pick up my drink order until 3 hours later. The young gentleman working this evening (2/13), was so understanding about my issue and didn’t skip a beat making me my coffee and went above and beyond to make me feel better. Thank you! I’ll be back because of him. I should’ve gotten his name!

I get same coffee every morning. Today it was either watered down or equipment had cleaning materials left in it where it made my coffee taste weird! Worst part is called the store and waited 30 minutes to get connected got tired and hung up.

My go to in the mornings after the gym and before work. Generally they get through the line quickly. Lately there has been a little lag but not the end of the world. Also i think it is weird I can get the same iced coffee at other locations but here is tastes different. Not sure why but none the less it wont stop me from going here.

I stop at this Dunkin several times a week on my way to work. Everyone is fantastic. I’m convinced each and every team member knows my order. They greet you with a smile and always wish me a safe, pleasant day.

We waited 40 mins for a mobile order. They didn’t put cream in my coffee and when we asked she said well we don’t just automatically put cream in coffee and i said well we know that mistakes happen. And we were cooapritve when i asked for cream on the side and she just had to keep talking. My coffee is bad and the food is cold.

Every time that I visit this location they never get my order correct. It seems their employees are in a hurry to do anything but get the orders right. The manager lacks customer service and never greats anyone with a smile or how are you and thank you seems forced. My coffee order was ruined this morning, mind you, I pulled right up and ordered this morning so cant blame being busy, just a lack of care or attention to detail. I think at this point I’ll just stop going.

Fire the entire staff or get new people like seriously. Every-time I go there it’s always something new. I should not be arguing with anyone first in the morning for food and drinks I pay for.
