Was there around 5. Only one customer in the store. 2 employees working behind the counter. I waited around 20 minutes for them to finish her order, looked like 3 subs to me. It was NOT a large order! I ordered a foot long sub, bread was soft ,meet seemed chewy and a little tough. It was a steak and cheese sandwich. Tasted ok, prices were reasonable, but service was slow. I would not come here for lunch and expect quick service. Order ahead and pick up at the drive thru

The reviews often tell a lie. Well let me tell the truth as direct as I can be. I walk in they know my order down to the dressing not just my order though a lot of peoples order and they will always confirm your usual?
They are all overly friendly and if they are not well sorry to say it but you likely said something you shouldn’t have or had an attitude. I’ve ordered 100s of times from places in small towns and never got this treatment of them knowing my order before I even have to say it.
10/10 no 15/10 every time.
Plus I get some lettuce so my protein bowl with steak is still healthy.

It was my first time at this location and I assure you it will be my last. Service was horrible from the start, couldn’t hear the lady on the speaker, even after asking her to speck up 6 or so times. My whole order was wrong, I asked for light lettuce. And they gave me EXTRA, I asked for not toasted and they toasted it, I asked for no ice, I got a cup FULL of ice. No napkins, no straw. What a joke this location is. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Won’t go back! I ordered foot long told them what i wanted on my sub. Waited forever at drive thru. Got home and all that was on my sandwich was meat and cheese. That’s not what I ordered. I don’t live in town so I wasn’t going drive back. Had to add my own lettuce but I didn’t have everything at home that I asked for on my sandwich. Lost me as a customer.

It’s funny how reading through the reviews I never seen something said good about this location. Everyone had a bad experience here. I’ve been coming to this place for the past five years ever since I started working in Richmond and I always like to support local restaurants. This place was my favorite and I thought it was the cleanest place ever since the old owners sold it. They had tremendous service. Not sure about who owns the place now, but they need to check their employees out, Especially management. I ordered A sandwich yesterday, October 17, 2024. Came back to work. We only have a certain time to do all this pick up the food come back and eat and get back to work, I ate the first half without noticing cause I was hungry and when I got to the second half there was a hair about 12 inches long sticking out of the other half and I went bizarre. I could not believe that I ate the first half without noticing, hungry halfway I wrapped the food back and I went back to the store. The manager looked at me. She didn’t even say, can I help you a young girl came from behind the counter and said can I help you. So I looked back at the manager and said excuse me can I see you for a quick minute right to the side? I did not want to embarrass them in front of the other customers. I explained what went on and she’s like oh I’m sorry that usually happens sometimes. That’s not an answer to give your customers that comes to your store at least 2 to 3 times a week. Without saying, I’m sorry we’re gonna credit you or we’re gonna give you something towards your sandwich or I’ll fix you another sandwich, She says I’ll fix you another half. And she literally goes and fixes another half with barely any rotisserie chicken spinach foam tomato, full plenty of mayonnaise wrap it up and hand it to me and I looked at her and just smiled because I didn’t have enough time. I had to head back to work and left the store. There are 250 employees at our dealership I will make sure every single one of them is aware of this matter and they will go to Jimmy John’s right across the street instead of going to them.

The employees at this establishment do not know how to read a mobile order.. ordered no tomato or onion on my sub and it was loaded with both, juices saturated the bun.. $12 down the drain, dinner ruined .
Go to 27 and gratiot, save yourself the headache and hassle.

Walked in, was not greeted at all, figured maybe the girls were on the headset so waited until one of them said something. After a while, I just started ordering. They made the sub and did a good job. I had to remind them to give me a cup for my drink. The drink area was absolutely disgusting, the floor was sticky and unwashed. Got back to work and started drinking my tea, it tasted off and smelt like rotten eggs. The saving grace was the attitude of the staff. I’m sure the two girls are in training and will get better. They were upbeat and made a very good sub.

I wanted to place a drive-thru order. There were no other cars in line. An employee greeted me right away but said she had a few customers ahead of me inside the store. She said she would get back with me in about 5 minutes. After waiting for 6, I asked, “Hello, can you take my order?”
No response. I tried again. No response. So I left.
Poor store management because she was, apparently, the only employee working.
