Update I ordered food at 9:15 my house is literally one and a half minutes away they brought me the food at 10:30 I called the manager at 10:05 she said the driver left a long time ago he’ll be there in 5 minutes 18 minutes later here’s the food where did they send my food driving around Lowell somewhere I’m literally 10 houses away I was so hungry I had to make oatmeal why don’t you spend 10 bucks and spend like 30 $40 every time I go here I’ve went here three times three strikes bye-bye I won’t call you again promise
Twice I asked if they could use my driveway instead of the front the porch is broken. They literally have to drive less than 1000 feet and can not just do one simple thing. I won’t be ordering again. Do the math.. you lose. I’ll eat at pizza hut

It’s Golden Gloves fight night at the Merrimack Reparatory Theater! Who knew. This is the place all the boxers, their families, friends and Managers head there to eat! The place is like Family!!! You can share a table with a boxer and his family. The food is awesome and plentyful. Napkins. Need more Napkins at the tables.

My step-son and I go here when going to the Lowell Golden Gloves. The food is outstanding! You’d think this is an Italian joint, but Indians run it! Either way, it’s some of the best fast-food/quick-meal places you’d find around. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else when in Lowell for a quick bite to eat!

We are from the North Shore Peabody and where all this roast beef started. Sad to say the beef was ice cold. Service awful. The people working there where screaming at each as our food turned to ice. Waste of money and time. Never again. The Greek guys use to care and always greet you and say thanks guys. Gone are the days.

The food from here is alright considering they have 1,000 things on the menu. However my biggest issue with this place is the fact that I’ve seen a mouse there 2 times in the dining area. This is extremely concerning because if the mice are comfortable coming out during the day with people in the business that means there’s a lot more where that came from. If there’s rodents in a restaurant I’d at least like them to have some decorum and wait for me to leave before they come out. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from there again.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s something I can’t get past! And last night was one of those situations!!! I cannot even believe they would send food in this state to costumers PAYING costumers! That is beyond unacceptable, I gagged when I seen the state of those chicken wings… it’s inexcusable it’s not a mistake it’s impossible that didn’t see it and more they put 3 normal ones on top and those on the bottom which makes me think they did see it and it was on purpose
If they are fine with sending food in that condition to costumers I can only imagine what’s going on behind close doors
Needless to say I’ll never be ordering food from them again and they lost a very good costumer

We heard about Rizzos lowell now they got the ice cream? Rizzo’s Lowell is the best place to get ice cream in Lowell? it’s not just a little bit better-it’s way better.
It’s like someone took all the best local ingredients and mixed them with some of the freshest, sweetest, and creamiest ice cream you’ve ever had, all with a touch of local love.
You can really taste the difference when you eat Rizzo’s Lowell ice cream. It’s like heaven on earth, especially with all the delicious flavors to choose from. And the best part? It’s all fresh , so no artificial junks. Just good, old-fashioned, fresh-from-the-farm goodness.
So if you want the best ice cream experience in Lowell, head on down to Rizzo’s Lowell Downtown. You won’t regret it!!

I’ve been here before and it’s been good. I’m wondering if it changed hands recently. I wish I had read recent reviews before going here. I ordered a big beef three-way light sauce on it light sauce on the side. I didn’t want to go because I never get it to go. They put it in a bag. It was a mess when I took it out of the wrapper and then it was cold. There’s a competitor. I usually go to fairly close by. That’s where I’ll be going from now on.

We just wanted sandwiches and Rizzo’s is a short walk from our place. We didn’t know what to expect. Holy . I ordered the eggplant parm sub – the bread was crunchy on the outside, sawft on the inside. The sauce was perfection, cheese pulls were pully. That was the best sandwich I’ve had lately.

Pricing is comparable to other sub joints, service is courteous. We dined in and one of the gals brought our food to us.

One day, a friend told me that Rizzo’s food is very good and delicious, so I went there and tried their veggie deluxe pizza, roast beef sandwich, and steak cheese turkey melt. I really liked it and it tasted great. And the location is great.
