I came in for lunch on Friday and understand that it was busy, so I initially wanted to give the staff some grace. However, the service was very disappointing.
When I walked in, there was no one ahead of me, yet I stood there for about seven minutes without being acknowledged. When someone finally came to the front, she said “hi,” but never asked if she could help me or let me know she would be right with me. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way.
My order confirmation stated my food would be ready at 12:55 PM. Not only was it not ready, but it appeared they hadn’t even started it yet. During this time, another staff member was restocking food and also did not greet customers. I also observed clean utensils being placed on a table where guests were actively eating, which did not seem appropriate.
The presentation and food quality were also disappointing. The spring rolls were poorly wrapped and fell apart while I was eating them, and I ended up throwing them away. The egg rolls tasted good, but there was no dipping sauce included. When I asked about it, the employee responded that it was included but seemed irritated that I asked.
The BBQ pork sandwich was unfortunately not enjoyable. The pork had an overwhelming amount of coriander and large pieces of fat, which made it difficult to eat.
Overall, between the lack of customer service and the food quality issues, this was not a good experience. I won’t be returning.

We ordered take-out from Moi An and really enjoyed it. While we didn’t stay for the beautifully festive atmosphere, the service during pickup and delicious food told us all we needed to know. I did the build your own bowl and my husband had the vegetarian pho with added shrimp. The portions were a good size and flavors were on point. We were so excited to eat that I forgot to take photos! We will absolutely be back!

Really tasty food and great flavors! Everything we tried at Moi An was well-seasoned and full of flavor. The pho broth was rich, and the egg rolls were especially tasty. It’s so exciting to have more Vietnamese food options in Natomas. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!

Saw this restaurant on Instagram and was excited to try it. The vegan bowl was okay. The tofu was a bit bland, and the noodles weren’t very special. The Vietnamese sandwich had too much mayo and only a few pieces of meat. We ordered three items, and it took about 15 minutes for the food to be ready. Overall, it was just okay.

I’m SO EXCITED to have a local Vietnamese spot in my neighborhood! We tried the pho flavor vermicelli bowl which was delicious and my husband had vegetarian spring rolls. I like how you can build your own bowl too, similar to chipotle but with Viet food. I’m a big fan of their sugar cane drinks. For NYE I did a small tray catering order for egg rolls for a party and everyone loved them. We a few leftovers and they were still great after 7 min in the air fryer.
I saw that they have pho now and I can’t wait to go back to try.

This place is new, but a welcome addition to the Natomas area. The vermicelli bowls are delicious with fresh ingredients and delicious sauce options, the green goddess dressing was a nice touch. They have meat and veggie/vegan options for most dishes. Will be going to them for catering for upcoming birthdays and special events. Try the sugarcane drinks, very tasty!

I’m a big fan of fresh spring rolls noticed this place while charging my car. Got a lemongrass chicken spring roll and was very satisfied. I like the focus they put into spring rolls. It’s a healthy dish for on the go.
