I love pizza but lean toward traditional flavors. Got a pepperoni with garlic and hot honey. Was okay, but mine was too sweet since the honey was, well, very sweet. I blotted some up with napkins and it was better. At Death by Pizza (in Delray, where I first had hot honey on pizza) the hot honey with pepperoni melded nicely, adding mostly heat, not sweet. Here it was more like someone poured regular honey on my pepperoni pizza– not my idea of tastiness. And, sadly, the garlic was mostly in chunks, not finely diced, so one did not get the usual garlic flavor which is released when garlic is cut finely. Next I tried a good old sausage, red sauce, and cheese, hoping for a classic pizza experience. They go for the slightly offbeat favors, like the sausage was spicy, not like classic fresh-made ground Italian sausage…..Sigh. On the up side, my server, Megan, was great. And I liked the crust best, very thin and crispy. Yes, a tad “blackened” but good flavor. I sat outside in the late afternoon and there was traffic but it was a pretty day so nice to be outside.

Found this place while driving by and decided to try it. Sooooo glad we did!! It was absolutely delicious!! The Funion is the monthly special and it is absolutely amazing!! The crust is made of sourdough which is better for the gut. The ingredients are fresh and oh soooo yummy! Our waitress was informative, soft spoken, sweet and witty.

Wow this place does not mess around, this pizza was amazing. The dough here is the star of the show with its light and airy feel the pizza is filling yet doesn’t make you feel heavy like normal pizza places do. I definitely recommend this location and would even consider driving over an hour to try it. The service was great and the pizza was even greater

Delicious sourdough pizza !!! It was so good that I forgot to take a photo. We got the chicken wings too and those were so crispy and delightful. Very nice server too. Cute outdoor seating or they also have indoor seating too. We will be back 🙂

So I’m not really sure why everyone thinks this is a great pizza place… We tried it for the first time today hoping for an amazing pizza. In my opinion it was not good. The biggest thing was that the crust was totally burnt. We were hungry so we just delt with it. I could go on but I’ll refrain.. There are much better pizza places around the area in Boca Raton…
Good luck!

The pizza was very tasty but a bit floppy. Their dough is delicious but be careful, their sausage is very spicy. The service from our waitress Megan was excellent.

We ordered a large pizza and wings for pick up and they were both horrible! The wings were burnt and extremely spicy- the ranch dressing had more dill in it than a dill dip!
The pizza was soggy in the middle and slightly burnt on the crust and was extremely spicy and one half had mushrooms and onions- should not have been that spicy. Sorry to say it was a total waste of $48.00.

How Ya Dough’n is hands down the best pizza in Boca. I tried the pistachio white pizza and the meatball red sauce pizza and both were absolute bangers. The sourdough crust makes every bite stand out, crispy, chewy, and full of flavor. Zoe was a great server and the service was impeccable. Easily the best slice in town.

Came here recently to get some pizza and I do have to start off with I think the pizza and appetizers where an absolute 10/10. We got the pistachio pizza and it was surprisingly really good. The restaurant itself was also very neat with an indoor outdoor seating combo. Wasn’t really sure of the seating of the restaurant when looking at the website, but it is a sit down with menus. Would definitely recommend to bring friends or family.

We ordered the Savage and the OG pizza. The Savage was full of flavor and I loved it. The OG was good, light, crispy crust, sweet sauce, but probably could have used more sauce. They have us a side of sauce and that made it much better. I personally prefer the spicier pepperoni, garlic, hot honey vodka sauce of the Savage to the sweetness and simpleness of the OG.
Coke available in a bottle was a nice touch.
The staff was attentive and polite.
