Went in to order a
sam- witch .. B MT it wasn’t right with no oil & vinegar and I even asked if she put it on.. I was paying and didn’t pay attention to the last part of making it.. the two girls didn’t want to be there…. that’s for sure??
So if you go pay attention… Over then a little dry the Sandwich was good..
Don’t forget the cookies they’re great..

Outstanding Service at Subway in Tylertown, MS – Thanks to Trinity and John!
I recently visited the Subway location in Tylertown, Mississippi, with my family, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had. Trinity and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Both greeted us with genuine smiles and took the time to ensure our orders were made exactly how we wanted. They offered helpful suggestions and made sure everything was fresh and perfect.
The restaurant was spotless, and you could tell that Trinity and John took pride in their work—not just in preparing the food, but in creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Our sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service truly made our visit memorable. It’s rare these days to find staff who are so attentive and caring, and I wanted to make sure their efforts did not go unnoticed.
Thank you, Trinity and John, for making our family meal so enjoyable! We will definitely be back and will recommend this Subway location to friends and family.

Do not go to Subway in tylertown . It is horrible and the employees have an attitude they do not want to be there. Claims no Mgr on duty and don’t know when will be in.

Went to Subway for a couple of foot long sandwiches. We couldn’t get their APP to work so I went in to order. I had my list of what sandwiches I wanted and veggies and condiments. Girl took my order for each sandwich. I read off every veggie and condiment. I paid and left with my order. Got home and my husband’s order was NOT what I told them. They fixed him a SPICY BMT not the regular BMT. No oil and vinegar on his sandwich…which made it VERY DRY! My sandwich had NO dressing….which made it VERY DRY. My sandwich was a chicken bacon ranch…MINUS THE RANCH!! Disappointing.

I usually do my orders thru the app but this time .,my husband went in! You can tell they really didn’t want to be their., we got the All American Club.. I got it dressed(they left the bacon off ., I added Ranch and mayo plus oil..my sandwich was dry ..,very dry.More of they where cleaning..ready to go @8:30 p:m.. hopefully if I do return in the near future its better than tonight!

Team member was a short African american female, she was very short tempered and extremely rude,she threw my meat on the bread because I accidentally order and #3 instead of a 2, all she had to do was remove the bacon, and continue the sandwich, if my blood sugar wasn’t extremely low I would have walked out.i was not allow to make it my own because she closed it up. If I wasn’t feeling horrible I would have probably reacted differently. Probably why business is slow…

This particular store is always very clean and all of the staff I have encountered are very helpful, friendly and patient. I go here to get a meatball sub for my grandparents pretty frequently and they like it a certain way so the sauce doesn’t make the bread soggy. When I tell the staff how they want it they don’t hesitate. They are not skimpy on ingredients.
