As a vegetarian, I’m used to scrolling through menus hoping for more than just a basic pasta or a sad salad. This place was a breath of fresh air. They clearly put just as much thought and creativity into their vegetable dishes as their meat options. I had a roasted cauliflower steak that was absolutely incredible—charred perfectly, drizzled with a tahini sauce I’m still dreaming about, and topped with pomegranate seeds for a burst of brightness. My omnivore friend tried it and admitted it was the best thing on the table. Finally, a restaurant where vegetarians feel truly seen.
