We tried to go to Smoothie King and blue Springs off Douglas today to go through the line wait in the driveway for an extended amount of time when it was finally our turn a person came on the intercom and said that they would be with us in just a minute they never returned to the intercom and closed the store. it was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. We were there well within the time before the store (20minutes) was closing, and they closed early and didn’t even notify us when we were sitting in the drive-through after they had said they would help us momentarily.

This place used too be one of my faves…. It has went down hill. Smaller portions, no smiles, on phones, and no apologies. No fixes, just we’re under new management. Not cool. Put a photos to show the HALF of a bowl (used to be full). So sad… they didn’t even offer to remake it or add more. Terrible service.

Came here 7/19/24 at 8pm (an hour before they close) and ordered 2 pb swizzle smoothie bowls.. they both looked like they had more granola than anything. It looked like there was about 1/4 of acai in the bowls and barely any peanut butter on top. I’m not the type to ever complain because i come here often and they make it perfect everytime but this time it was just not it. I also noticed that the worker making my bowls DID NOT wear any gloves!? I had called them this morning ( 7/20/24) and the employee working had called her manager and said they could only give me 25% off…. I paid 25$ for both bowls and all i get is 25% off ?? I told her i wasn’t asking for my money back, all i was asking for is just a simple remake.. mind you i told her i have my receipt and photos of how they looked.. but told me i have to wait til Monday to speak to the manager about it. I just think the response and offering 25% off of a 25$ order was ridiculous.
