There was a good wait due to short staff but the sandwich artist did his best to try to satisfy every order as it came through. Not a very cheerful visit but I can understand the stress they must be feeling. Will hope for a better experience next time but the food was great and fresh.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to get some food and Kai was not pleasant at all. She had a terrible attitude and did nothing but complain the entire time because we showed up 15 minutes before closing. I understand it can be frustrating but you’re in customer service. She then proceeded to complain about having worked their for 3 years and can’t stand the food and tried to talk us out of our food. The sandwiches came out awful and hardly what we asked for. We will not be going to this location anymore if this is the type of service we’re going to get. I’m very disgusted with the service we received tonight.

We ordered 5 sandwiches online and when we brought them home none of the sandwiches had sauce, and the bread was very dry. When I called to have my issue resolved the employee told me he would have to call his manager to see if I could get a refund. He took down my number then told me I would need to drive back with the sandwiches and receipt. My family had already started eating because obviously we were hungry. When I tried calling back multiple times my calls were ignored.

Keyara and Kaela (Forgive me if I misspell), these two were in syn . Very cheerful and pleasent. It looked as if there was some training being done, the communication between these two was very impressiv . I always love the workers at this location. These ladies are keepers for sure, such great customer service!

Gross!!! Went in for lunch and left after watching an employee handle the register and then start making food without changing his gloves!!! And the manager was right there.
Update…my husband decided to give this location another try…he came home with our food and my sandwich only has 3 pieces of turkey…such a disappointment.

Sandwiches are good but lately Sandwiches have been thin so they get a 3 instead of 4 or 5. Used to pack Sandwiches with meats an veggies.
