The wings that Mezzo serves up are fantastic. They’re not just a better version of wingstop or bww, they’re in a different class, much better. His flavors are really well balanced, have great depth and really tasty. Even if there’s a traditional flavor you’re not a fan of, ask him for a sample because it might change your mind. Not a huge fan of honey or sweet, but his flavors are so well balanced his honey garlic habanero has become one of my favorites over the traditional flavors I would normally get.
Wings are cooked perfectly, his fries and onion rings are also on point. I’ve tried all the flavors except one and because of that, it’s become a dilemma when I order; everything is just so damn tasty.
Definitely worth giving it a try, he’s way better than any franchise and definitely #1 best wing place in the IE for me.

These wings are some of the best I’ve ever had! Ordered the spicy Korean barbecue and the cherry Chipotle habanero. Incredibly fresh and crispy under the sauce. Some extra sauce given to dip my fries in. Wish I could leave more stars.

I recently tried Mezzo’s Wings that was catering a basketball for local high school. And I was thoroughly impressed! I ordered the Memphis Rub and Lemon Pepper Parmesan (without Parmesan) flavors, and both were absolutely delicious. The Memphis Rub stood out as my favorite—it had an amazing, well-balanced seasoning that kept me coming back for more.
The Lemon Pepper wings were also fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly breaded. I feel like adding some ranch would have elevated them to the same level as the Memphis Rub for me. One thing I loved about my experience was the wings’ perfect crispiness and the generous, consistent breading. It’s clear that care is put into preparing these wings. On top of that, the staff at the booth were incredibly nice and courteous, which made the experience even better. Supporting small businesses like Mezzo’s is always a win, especially when the food and service are this good. I’ll definitely be back for more wings soon! Highly recommend trying Mezzo’s if you’re a wing lover.

When they first told me elevated wings, I didn’t believe it. After my first experience I was literally a true believer. Not only are the wings delicious but the sauces they created are phenomenal. I’ve even used them on my home barbecue for ribs, both pork and beef and chicken. My family truly enjoys the wings and the sauces we get to take home.

Wings by Mezzo have literally the most incredible wings & flavors I have ever experienced in California. It doesn’t stop there though, their fries and onions rings are also delicious. They pop up all over SB & OC & LA counties and even offer really affordable catering services for any/every occasion. I can never just order one item or flavor so catering is definitely the way to go so you can try everything! They also sell their amazing sauces in bottles to take home. 10/10 recommend!

These wings were actually very tasty! Hubby and I ordered the regular buffalo wings. I like how big the wings are and the sauce was amazing and I liked the Lil added touch of crumbling blue cheese on top. Best part was coming home and then being set up in front of our complex!!

I will never have another wing spot again! Wings by Mezzo, always a solid 10/10. Never disappoints!!! Leave it to myself to rarely like spicy sauces but their honey garlic habanero is one id suffer again & again for! Haha from the sauce itself to the tasty garnishes, count me in. I will have to say my top 3 for the moment tho are the SPICY KOREAN, YANG YANG & WILD WEST. Can never go wrong with simple, only these guys take it to the next level with even that!
