I bought two strawberry shortcake sundaes via uber eats. Instead of calling me to tell me that my order wasn’t available they sent the driver to my house with a small bowl ice cream that said I was refunded. I was NOT refunded. No one bothered to reach out at all. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank and UberEats.

Asked for a strawberry smoothie which is advertised on your window as real fruits and bright red. Instead I got a milk shake, asked the lady why is not like the picture and why did you add icecream? That’s the smoothie that’s how we make it WTH so you advertised something and sale something else. Horrible customer service she didn’t even try to give me what I asked and pay for which it was a strawberry smoothie, not a milkshake smh

The best ice cream place in our neighborhood. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious you can tell made from quality milk and products.

Sunny Daes doesn’t just have the best ice-cream in town, they also have the best atmosphere! Everyone who works there is always very nice, and no one’s ever gotten my order wrong 🙂 I love going there with friends and sitting outside or inside enjoying a nice treat. What used to be a fun and inviting ice cream shop has appeared to all but surrendered to the competition. When I arrived with my 3 guests I was immediately greeted with a sloppily hand-written note that said “sorry no samples.” The 2 Spanish looking women in the shop made no effort to be friendly to any of us and seemed bothered by our presence. The prices are still high, especially for what you are getting. At the end I said “thank you” and tried to be nice and was just met with blank stares. You’d think with a new ice cream place next store that Sunny Daes would be making an attempt to be on their A-game but instead it looks like they’re already accepted defeat.
