The store manager Kelly gave me one of the worst lunches I have had in a long while. Though she has has been with the company 23 years her customer service is trash, her attitude is trash and she severely inconvenienced me with no accommodation s. The most outrageous thing about the whole experience is that she accused me of sabotaging my own sandwich just to waste my time and bring it back up to the store to complain. The Steak Footlong at Subway was fantastic— tender, flavorful steak, fresh veggies, and perfectly melted cheese. Chase and Nolie were super friendly and talkative, making the experience even better. They took great care in preparing my sandwich, and their positive attitude made my visit enjoyable! Highly recommend! Been going here the past 5 years and I’m never disappointed!

Went to the store this morning to get subway for my family as our mother passed this morning. I said I needed 7 subs he was very rude and said they could only do six subs at a time. I said it was a dumb rule but I forgot my list in the car so I would be right back. I returned to the counter and he totally ignored me. He then asked if I was still wanting seven subs and I said no I can get by with six. At that point two other people came into the store. He directed his attention to them asking what subs they needed then looked back at my as he said oh the line starts over at this end. I asked him his name he said Brendan.
I will red flag this store for the rude attitude this young man portrayed. Brendan you should be ashamed of yourself! I drove to the store located on Canton Center Rd where the team was extremely helpful and understand. Who ever owns the store at 15113 Sheldon Rd please check your employee for customer relations and proper empathy for others.

It would be nice if you had your hours posted accurately. Online and on the window say 8pm, we got there at 7:15 and have already locked the doors and are closed.

DO NOT ORDER A WRAP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE IT COLD!!

They have no press to heat your wrap. They don’t tell you this ahead of time so you get ice cold meat and cheese. Then when you say you don’t want it that way they offer to scoop the toppings off to the side and heat just the meat and cheese. No offer to remake it proplerly even though I told them I don’t want it that way and will not eat it.

Money wasted. I will not be back. Get better customer service. That should be a remake!

Tasted horrible. I took two bites and threw it away. Literally fast food is better than this tasteless trash.

Restaurant is never stocked with stuff, mainly bread and they prioritize people in the store more than mobile orders, even though its ordered first, location doesnt update the app with hours as well as inventory. Multiple times I’ve had to cancel my order upon arriving due to it being closed or out of stock items.

They always get my order wrong, and the staff is extremely rude. I order from Door dash, and I decided to call the subway since they always put green peppers on when I clearly say no green peppers. I am allergic. I called and asked nicely for them to remove the green peppers for sure this time, the lady said “well that sandwich is supposed to come with green peppers” and I tried to tell her, “yes, but the whole point of subway is to make the sandwich how you like it?” She then very rudley kept repeating “the sandwich comes with green peppers” acting like I’m the stupid one for calling trying to be polite. Last time I ordered a steak and cheese and they gave me mushed chicken, instead of steak. I do not know who you hire and why you keep people around if they can’t even do a very simple job, my sandwich is always made sloppy and falling apart. I will never order here again. Please fix your staff. Seeing the other reviews I’m not the only one. 🙂

The sign says Subway is open until 9:00 pm. However at 8:40 the door was locked and the workers child was in a booth. He must have been in a hurry to leave. Really had my heart set on a sub!

Very rude. Waited in line 20 plus minutes. Went to use coupon for $6.49 sub and they said it’s not valid YET. Who ever heard of a start date on the coupon? The valid date only listed an expiration date. Lady said the current coupon is for $5.99. I almost walked out and let them throw the sandwich away. I’m not paying $9 for a sandwich when coupon clearly was unexpired. Lady eventually overrode the price to take the coupon all the while complaining I didn’t save the whole flyer that somehow listed a coupon start date on the larger sheet border you usually don’t save when you clip individual coupons. Then the gentleman who authorized the override started mocking me in front of all their customers. I will never be back.
