We order from here about three times a week over the app. My only gripe is that when We order online. The order is never correct. There is always things left off the sandwich that were requested to be put on the sandwiches. The food quality is good but there’s just never enough of it because the ingredients aren’t put on properly. If someone can assure me that this can be remedied, I will change this to a five-star review

Showed up as a walk-in and was greeted, but that was it. Waited 10 min and was never acknowledged or informed we had to wait till all the online orders were finished before they would take mine and my daughters. I eventually asked and they informed me they had 3 more to make before they would take mine. Maybe I’m old fashioned but walk-ins should always come first or should be worked in between online orders and not be made to wait l. Walking in ensures that my order is correct as I get to watch them make it.
Unfortunately, Subway has just earned its spot on the list with Sonic here in town for me, not to visit.

I think they are students that usually are there when i go in, absolutely love their service.
Went in today and there was an older lady there. She definitely sounded annoyed, asked for my sandwich to be toasted and the cheese was softened but the sandwich as a whole was still completely cold. It definetly wasn’t my greatest experince there

The 2 teenagers working in there, both have hair hanging down in their faces, no hats on to make sure no hair falls in your food….they are slow, rude, lack any social skills and acted like me being there to order food was a major inconvenience to them. If customers don’t buy your products, you don’t get paid! If you don’t work, you don’t get paid! Be polite and courteous to those who DO work hard and solicit your establishment. If you can learn to appreciate a job making sandwiches, you can appreciate the next career move you get. Appreciation, dedication, motivation for the promotions in life.

I order a chicken bacon ranch on Flatbread. They never put the meat all the way to end the pile it in middle. Didnt cut in half all the way through. 2slices of bacon. Bread and cheese was cold they didn’t heat it. All in all a bad sandwich. 2 visits in a row.

Ordered a rotisserie chicken salad on the app and they forgot the chicken… Countless times you go in and they would make a horrible sandwich if you weren’t helping them along the way. Seriously whoever hires and trains these young kids needs to do a better job. These guys aren’t ready for the big whopping job of making sandwiches and salads apparently. Please for the love of god figure it out. If it wasn’t one of the only options in town this subway would be out of business I’m sure. Can’t make a salad or really anything right. Laughably bad.

For the first time in the almost 2 years that we have been going to the Rose Hill Subway, this is the first time that we have been dissatisfied. There were 3 employees working, one that appeared to be a manager, a young lady and a young man. The boy was obviously very new and the “manager” was too concerned about moping the floors and breaking down the drink station (tea and lemonade) to offer him assistance. Upon arriving home we discovered that my husband’s steak and cheese sandwich, that was made prior to my arrival as it was an online order, wasn’t made correctly The steak was ice cold and items had been added that we didn’t choose. I get that they were made by someone new but where was his trainer?
