All I wanted to do was take my son out to dinner for his birthday. He chose the bowling alley…. and I’ll never be back. First of all the wait time for a table seemed odd with so many empty tables in the restaurant, we still had to wait about 30 minutes. Then when we got a table with a server, she totally ditched us. She got us drinks, said she’d be right back, and then just didn’t. I could see her in the kitchen talking to other servers and playing on her phone. Finally after about 30 minutes of that another server (Russell) came over and acknowledged that we were being ignored. He ended up taking our order, thank goodness. But then he was given a big table too. (We were only a table of 3) so no refills on our drinks, no checking in with us. And in the meantime I could see the food we ordered in the kitchen window. It was done. Its now been over an hour sitting at this table. And the woman who was our first server had the nerve to come out of the kitchen to interrupt Russell at his big table to tell him that he had food up!?!? She was literally doing nothing at that point so she ended up bringing us our food…. which after all that time, was not ver hot and was wrong! I very clearly ordered a full order of hot wings, I received 6…. I spoke the the manager on duty and was told that she would give me a discount on my bill. When we were done eating I asked for my bill, about another 20 minutes later I had to ask the manager for it because I just wanted to leave. She gave me the SMALLEST discount and I feel like I was overcharged for what I got. Over 2 hours at a restaurant, we all got fried food, the service was ridiculous, we had to go to the bar ourselves for refills on our drinks, and worst of all we felt the staff didn’t care that we were even there. I told them it was my sons 12th birthday even and thats how we were treated.

I ordered the “sharable” $16 nachos this evening. I was served the smallest platter of nachos I have ever seen. It wouldn’t have even filled up a child. I asked the waitress if that was all that was coming because I ordered to share, as they advertised was doable and she said that those were all that was coming. I had approximately 7 chips and had to go elsewhere to eat after. For $16 I should’ve received a large platter of nachos, as I had received here in the past. I am VERY disappointed with my experience.
Edit: the manager gave us two free vouchers for free nachos. We will try again.

Me and my lady went in for lunch I got a French dip and she got a cheeseburger. My French dip was basically raw. Her burger was also pretty much raw. I was very unpleased with our visit. We were also bowling and not one waitress came out to offer food or drinks. We were very unsatisfied with them for this visit. I then told the waitress that the food was not cooked and didn’t taste well and she said “okay, and” then looked at me like I was stupid. And on top of that I paid almost $60 dollars for it and we had one bite of our sandwiches. Very disappointed. A girl named Summer came out and and we were very pleased with her service. Thank you summer!!

The new owner is really turned things around! The food is amazing! The inside of the whole place is so much better! The staff is weighing the place down but the owner really cares about people’s service! Hope he finds better people!
