Well first time here. Place looked clean and welcoming. Ordered my burger and cheese curds and wow. They are very expensive $32 for that meal. Food looks fresh and hot. Very fresh meats and veggies. Got mine wrapped in lettuce. Was a very good burger. Not over cooked and very cheesy and greasy which is how I like my burgers.

The burger was okay at best, but the online menu didn’t match what was available in-store, which was frustrating from the start.
The buns were dry, and the poutine was a major miss—the fries were cold and hard.
I didn’t eat more than two bites. To make matters worse, the soda machine sprayed pop all over my hands while filling the cup, which only added to the overall unpleasant experience.
Inside, the restaurant felt unclean, and there were no other customers at the time, which felt a bit concerning.
My daughter’s sandwich was another letdown: dry bread with very little meat and cheese.
Overall, the experience was disappointing across the board-from the food quality to the atmosphere to the service at the counter. Unfortunately, this is not a place I’d return to.

Staff was nice, food was okay but not really great. Biggest shock was the $95 bill for 4 burgers and 5 microwaved little bowls of Mac and cheese. 95 dollars!! That’s crazy, I will not be going back again.

Burgers Sear is actually part of the Smiling Moose deli. The burgers are fantastic! Packed with flavor and juicy! They also have a nice selection of sandwiches which are very good.
