Great place! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. One guy went out of his way to engage with my usually shy youngest son. Got him to open up and made us all feel like family. Reminded me of the vibe of the Italian pizzerias I grew up visiting back home in New York.
The food tasted fantastic, was prepared quickly and came out piping hot.
All in all a great experience.

This place rules. The staff are all super nice and instantly accommodate both take out and dine in arrivals. My wife and I like to come here when we visit this little area from time to time. I especially like to get a pepperoni pizza from here to bring home after spending time at the game store next door!

We first discovered this spot on a spontaneous trip to Olympic National Park. Stopped in for two pizzas to go, and while waiting, enjoyed a couple of beers and a great chat with the owner (who was working behind the counter—love that!). At the time, we didn’t dine in, but the pizza was so incredible that we made a special date night out of it last night before heading to the movies. And wow—still amazing! Everything tastes so fresh.
We brought our own wine and happily paid the $10 corkage fee. Bonus points for the elegant wine glasses—unexpected for a place that gives off a casual, grab-and-go vibe but have several tables in there, as well as 2 outdoor tables – wod be amazing during summer. The staff? Super friendly and accommodating. Honestly, this spot has earned “favorite pizza” status for us, even if it’s a 30-minute drive.
Must-Try: The goat cheese, tomato, and olive appetizer—fresh and bursting with flavor!
Insider Tip: The owner uses flour imported from Italy. That attention to detail and perfectionism- Absolutely shows in every bite.

Hands down the best pizza my wife and I have ever had. And we’ve been eating pizza from all over the world for years. Who knew that 15 minutes from our front door would be the best we’ve ever had. From our favorite server Johnny, to the owner. Sauce maker, and cooks. This place is the absolute best.

Real true brick oven hand tossed pizza! From the service to the food my family and I would highly recommend. We had the BBQ chicken pizza and the Aloha pizz with cauliflower crust. Perfect size and served right out of the oven. Great stop for any lunch or dinner plans!

Order the Italian special pizza with added mushrooms and garlic. The say the least, the pizza was tasteless, missing the Italian sausage it claimed to have. On top of that, I asked them to just add mushrooms but the whole pizza came coated in them which really took away from the taste of anything else. Also ordered the cheese sticks which almost seemed like they weren’t even cooked. Cold cheese sticks, cold pizza, flavor was not there at all, would highly NOT recommend this place

Service – I thought the server named Cole could be the owner of this place because I could see his strong ownership. He went above and beyond and was among the most professional servers I have seen. However, he just started working there!

This place is actually called Perrinville Brick Oven Pizza (misspelled on google). Great pizza place to support your local community. We’ve been waiting a very long time for this place to open and came on the 2nd night after opening. We live in the neighborhood and will definitely be back for more.
We got a side salad, the aloha supreme and margarita pizzas along with a bottle of wine. the pizza crust and sauce tasted authentic along with the toppings and had a wide variety of pizza for everyone. They just opened so if there’s any kinks with other experiences, they will definitely work it out. Try it out!

One of the best pizza experiences that you can have in Edmonds! The crust is IMO perfection meaning the crispiness plus bite and flavor, the toppings are so fresh! I had the sausage and mushroom and added olives, the sausage is the real deal. Thanks guys, I needed this pizza!
