I’m not usually one to leave reviews. However, after the service I received tonight, I’ve felt compelled to jump on here. We’ve been ordering from this restaurant for a while now with no issue. But lately, there delivery times have been very poor. We ordered tonight and waited over an hour, I called to chase this up and the unprofessional guy on the phone was absolutely rude. We will never order from this restaurant again – shocking

What an awful experience, ordered via uber eats the restaurant has its own driver who couldn’t find my home and due to this shouted at me on the phone and demanded I cancel my order, which if I would have done I would have lost half my money over their mistake! Phoned restaurant they promised they would cancel their end so I would get my refund, instead they marked it delivered! Kept my money and didn’t deliver the food, which I can prove with ring doorbell…. Reported to uber eats!

Complete waste of time, driver was useless, expected me to know where he was and give him directions. Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t get to even try it. Driver is clearly destroying this business. Ordered elsewhere found me super easy. Also failed to issue refund as promised.

Ordered my food for collection and was told it would be 10 – 15 minutes. Got there about 15 minutes after call and waited in the shop for 5 minutes. They brought an order out and thinking it was mine the man snapped it is not yours it is a delivery. I asked how long mine would be as I was told on the phone it would be 10 to 15 minutes and he said they are cooking the chips. I commented on why they give a time for collection when it is not stuck to as it has now been nearly 25 minutes (I had other food in the car getting cold) and he said “have you not got a brain” (suggesting I was stupid) “we are cooking the chips”. I said he shouldn’t give a time then and he went out the back. After waiting a few more minutes without getting my food I asked for a refund and he turned nasty saying to get out of his shop as it is private property. I told him to give me my money back and I will go, which he did. He said go away you miserable lady and I admit I swore at him (as he got my back up being so rude) and left. Never will I use them again

Preordered my delivery for 19:15pm, still hadn’t received it by 20:00 so called for an update and was told driver had already left and would be here within 15 minutes. Called again at 20:30 to be told the driver was outside the door and had been knocking. We told them this was false as we have a ring doorbell and we have been waiting outside the door for ages for the driver. Delivery finally arrived at 21:00 without a single apology from the driver. Food was lukewarm and poppadoms were all crushed. Tried to call to complain but couldn’t get through. Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering again from here.

The first time was the evening before my daughter was born resulting in my partner and I bring really ill while she was giving birth.
