They don’t know how to read instructions. Made a sandwich completely different than what was on the online order and then wouldn’t answer the phone. Sandwich was soaking wet like they dumped a whole bottle of vinegar on it. I wouldn’t even feed this sandwich to my dog.

They are very stingy and have ridiculous prices for mediocre sandwiches, how are you gonna charge $2.00 extra for more meat but still give me the same amount of meat as if I got a regular sandwich. They also never get my order right, I tried to give them one more chance today and yet again, I’m left disappointed. Don’t recommend unless you want to be left unsatisfied

The Monticello I’ll Subway was a very nice place to get lunch. Very clean and even though it was packed, they got your order politely and efficiently. Ordered for 3 children and myself and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. Great staff, great job, and the sandwiches were exactly what we ordered

With restaurant owners struggling to find help right now, I continue to be amazed by Haresh and how well he runs the Monticello Subway location. As a frequent customer, I see Haresh and his staff gracefully handle the lunchtime rush (and always with a friendly smile). Never have I been disappointed with my sandwich from this location (which I can’t say about other Subways). This is a difficult time for restaurant owners, and I’m really proud of Haresh in how he’s maintained the quality of his food and customer service!

Not sure if the guy serving me was new but he was barely paying attention and I had to repeat myself a few times for the toppings. Otherwise he was polite and the place was clean. Ate there before riding the old steam engine down the road!
