The first worker who started my sandwich(bread, meat and cheese) was all done correctly as per subway guidelines. The manager who took over to do veggies and sauces piled everything in the center of the bread topped with my sauces was done incorrect as per subway guidelines… I do not appreciate the was my sandwich was made and as a former employee of subway corporation I will never return to this location for that reason. I know how it should be made and as a manager you should too

We’ve ordered online a few times and gone inside. They never have our order ready on time. This time my niece stood there waiting for over 20 minutes. The worker never acknowledged her and walked to the back and wouldn’t come back out till my sister went in and called. They didn’t have any flatbread and the churros are hard as a rock and they tried to tell me that is how a churro is. So here it is 45 minutes after my scheduled time for my order and they left off our cookies.

So, I went up to this Subway today around 5:24 p.m. and as I got done ordering my 12” Italian Herb & Cheese Italian BMT sub. The bread was a little burnt to begin with which I didn’t mind but, The reason why I’m giving you all one star is this reason. I was handing her (I don’t know her name) 8 dollars and 50 cents worth in quarters she was hesitating on taking it until, A few minutes went by. The other lady asked. (I don’t know her name either) “Is that a rule?” The lady ringing up my order nodded and told me. “Make sure I pay in bills next time.” while she was counting my money and when I told her. “Okay, I will. Sorry.” The other lady said. “It’s okay.” The lady who rang up my order said. “You can go.” As she was not being polite or nice or kind at all. Completely being rude by writing a note it looked like so then, I said. “Okay.” As I grabbed my sandwich and walked off also, I never got a receipt.

Everything is dirty floors tables etc. certain employees are rude cussing in front of customers always outside smoking. I once saw 3 customers walk in and walk right back out because no one was around there were 2-3 employees outside smoking. If you make a complaint to the manager about an employee nothing will happen because there all friends and goodie goodie. Best thing to do is contact corporate!!

There was a worker there around 8pm who as soon as I walked in and was looking at the line to decide if I wanted to wait in the line (it was longer ) she gave me a really dirty look . She not only did it then but also while I was ordering not only to me but to my sister and brother also rolling her eyes and definitely giving attitude. Her name was Renee and I will definitely be talking to the manager there .
