I have asked for the hard shell salad bowls multiple times and they never have them. I love those and they are my favorite part of Qudoba.

Don’t come here if you’re looking for an actually substantial meal. The greed is overwhelmingly evident in their laughably small servings of protein; ask for double protein and they’ll give you the equivalent of a single protein from the Chipotle down by Target. They’re also always out of something, whether it’s forks, bags, napkins, or the Cholula spice packs. Although they’re my favorite retail place on campus, I’m debating not eating there anymore as I don’t feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.

Love getting meal swipes here but I have a bone to pick with the manager. I always see him treating his employees like trash and I don’t stand for that. But the last straw was today when he was wrapping my burrito and proceeded to furiously spray the toppings all over the counter and then basically threw the burrito over the counter. Didn’t offer to rewrap it. The employee next to him was clearly bewildered by his actions. This guy needs a new job cause he can’t manage anything even his own emotions.

First time getting a bowl from this location and the food proportion is pathetic! And the price that I got charge is ridiculous!! $18 for a bowl, it’s just crazy and look at the photos that have attached and the food proportion…I am never coming back…

One of the (kinda) healthiest options you can get on Purdue campus! White/Brown rice with beans, your choice of protein, toppings, salsa, sauces and guacamole make for a delicious meal. They offer Rice Bowls/Burritos + A beverage for meal swipes and the portion size is decent. The tortilla chips are a hit or miss, sometimes they’re too salty and other times, bland. There can be a long line during rush hours and if they stop service for a few minutes to refill the food, it can pile up. However, all in all, one of the best eats on campus!

Service is bad/mid, always pretty slow, and the thing that I actually hate about this place is that they’re so stingy with the food. They will literally take out pieces of meat if they put more than the usual 6 pieces. Guac is literally a small spoonful. Always leave hungry from this place. Gotta admit the goofnisngood

Food was good! It’s exactly what you’d expect. Team members were unprofessional and unsanitary during my one visit. I’d go back, but certainly watch carefully.

Follow up to my previous statement. Situation was rectified. I wouldn’t say I have huge confidence in this particular Qdoba, but also don’t have reason to avoid it.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Just go to the Chipotle on Chauncey.

Service: employees are slow, give inconsistent portion sizes. Good luck getting a meal within 30 minutes if the line is near the door. Managers (non-student staff) are rude to customers and student staff alike.
Menu: swipe menu is inconsistent at best, and basic items are not available. No steak, fajita veggies only offered as a “protein”, lettuce not available on burritos (which themselves are offered 50% of the time). These are unacceptable for a location that carries the Qdoba brand.
Environment: much of the time, the meal swipe menu appears on the screen as though it was hastily prepared in Microsoft Word and the place often seems to close early. Customers are yelled at from the counter about maintaining an orderly line and not holding the doors open.

I am convinced that customers are hostages to the convenient location and meal swipe availability. Every year, this one location teaches 10k Purdue graduates (many of whom have no prior exposure to Qdoba) that Qdoba is a low quality, mismanaged restaurant chain. Corporate should be stepping in to reform this location or close its doors, because it is producing a net negative for the brand.

Used to be good last semester. Lines were long but moves fast, portions were pretty good for a meal swipe, and workers were busy but friendly. Tried to come in three times for dinner this semester around 7:20pm, 40 minutes before closing time and watched them close up shop right in front of me all three times. Once walked into the supervisor yelling at the student employees, and heard rumors that two of them walked out the first week due to the toxic working environment. Hope they get their act together soon, as it used to be one of my favorite dining locations on campus.

Higher review because I like the food. Employees are nice, just very stressed, in a line environment like this and a ton of students wanting food it’s not necessarily the most pleasant job. Long wait times unless you get there early or get there during a slow period. Food is good and tastes the same as any other Qdoba. Limited menu is a big downside though. Honestly factoring that my meal swipe costs roughly $10, and a burrito at a normal chain store is $8, I do expect the same variety of food I would get elsewhere, seeing that I’m paying *more*. There is simply no excuse for this.
