Any and every time I come the service is HORRIBLY SLOW. I ordered a six piece chicken and they made a four piece so now I have to wait for two more pieces of chicken to be cooked. Like the food isn’t made to order and this is ridiculous. Then the staff was getting mixed up cause there were a nice amount of people waiting and started yelling because they were messing up. NEVER AGAIN and this was for my son thank goodness. SMH

The food was good But the drive through window is on the opposite side. In other words you should have a passenger with you to receive what you order because the pick up window is on the passenger side, not driver’s side. I had to get out of my car and go to the pick up window in order to get my order. Kinda crazy! Never seen that before.

Why does the drive thru take an absolute ETERNITY to make food. Every time I come here it’s a 45 minute ordeal even if there are only a couple cars in the line. I genuinely don’t understand how it can take so long to get food that fries is 2-3 minutes

Went through the drive thru today, ordered med hot fudge Sundae & large strawberry sundae. Both were mediums, the strawberries were frozen solid, no strawberry syrup & the fudge just had one stripe of syrup. Also no spoons or napkins. Every time I say “never again” bc they rarely get it right. I’m just gonna go to Bellaire DQ from now on

We ordered two double cheeseburgers, fries and one chili dog with mustard. We received two regular cheeseburgers (not doubles) fries and the chili dog with honey mustard. In addition, even though we had a chili dog and two very sloppy burgers (and I mean that in a good way) we did not receive any napkins. Fortunately, we had mustard and napkins in the car. On the positive side, staff were friendly and were following Covid-19 protocol. In my (humble) opinion, more supervision is needed at this location.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid… Great small town feel for a national chain fast food restaurant.. Food always comes out great, BUT sometimes those young girls take forever to give you your hot food.. So that’s why I give only three stars.

Dissappointed at the very least. Wait is very long every time. Over microwaved my container of gravy so badly it warped the container!! Bird poo tables outside. Kids inside playing around instead of providing good customer service. Very unwelcome feeling in Shadyside, OH.!!!
