Great selection of items for your hotpot! The broth was spicy and tasty, the veggies and meat were fresh. The staff was helpful. We will definitely be back to try other HotPot flavors!

Definitely a spot to stop by! Get as much or as little as you want. It goes by the weight of your bowl. We had fun and it taste amazing. We love how they have so many choices to put into our bowl.

I love this place! It tastes just like the authentic Chinese instant hotpot (Ma La Tang). You choose whatever food you want and the flavor of soup you like, then they will cook (boil) for you. It’s less time consuming than a hot pot meal and convenient for an easy individual lunch/dinner.

Went there during dinner time. They have a huge selection of food making it a great place for those with any diet restriction!! Thumbs up on the tum yum base and I will be back to try the others. Yogurt bar is also a great way to enlighten the meal <3 Love the fresh fruit selection and the flavors of yogurt. Hands down on the mango sago flavor!!

A few days ago. I ordered food to go. The female cashier was incredibly rude with her poker face the the entire time and didn’t even bother to answer my question. I eventually realized it was likely because I didn’t leave a tip. Look, I always tip at least 20% when I dine there, but for a simple takeout order? This experience was terrible, and I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to anyone else.

Nice selection. The medium spicy is not spicy enough for someone who likes spicy. Location is great for students but not easy for people who just need food. Price range is a bit high. Make sure you shake out all the water. Overall great. I had to ask them to add more chili for me as it’s not spicy enough. The staff is friendly and to go bag and containers are cute.

Omg what a lovely and new concept restaurant! First one in North Carolina finally open!!!! Normally can only have “ma la guo” in big cities!! This is more like a buffet style, you choose the Fresh meats or veggies you want, then weight it and pay, then pick whagever soup base you like, same as the yogurt station: pick fresh fruit- yogurt- topping, the selection just great, pretty much anything you can think of!! Yes I would say is not cheap per pound, but one pound of food already make it full! Also, you are getting what you paid for (the quality and freshness of the food and meat)
I highly recommend the traditional spicy soup and the hot and sour golden soup!!! Tomato soup base and curry base would be good selections for vegetarians.
The homemade yogurt dessert is a must try!!! Took some good pictures for everyone as reference!

Finally we have a place to have the classic and authentic Chinese street food! I was really impressed by the quality of ingredients. The atmosphere was also great, clean and cozy. Highly recommend the spicy soup base and add sesame paste for a richer taste. Fruit bar is recommended for kids to enjoy.

It’s a malatang place just as a foreword, not necessarily a standard hotpot place. Ingredients are pretty good, so the taste as well is enough to satisfy. However, price can be just a little on the higher side. The ownership seemed pretty nice.
