This was my second time trying this location and I will not be returning. The first time I came here the chicken tasted like it had no seasoning, totally flavorless! It was bizarre. This time I ordered the spicy chicken to ensure it was flavorful. The chicken I received was so dry and overcooked and the pieces were tiny. The biscuit was so stale, hard as a rock on the outside and old tasting on the inside. Take out food is expensive! They ought to be ashamed of themselves for selling this!

I used to love coming here, cause the chicken was cooked fresh, now the past 3-4x I’ve been here the chicken is dry and hard and sides likes fries are hard and tough to chew cause they’ve been out for so long. Haven’t been here for almost 3-4months now because of that. Please cook your fried items in smaller batches at a time. I will wait for the items if I have to just to get freshly cooked chicken and fries.

If you see all the bad reviews, why don’t you fix what people complain about? Every time I place an online order, my chicken arrives, and it’s either one of two things:
1. The chicken is so small and dry it’s as if I didn’t get what I ordered.
2. Something is missing.
Please put some love into what you do and what you serve to paying customers. If it looks bad and doesn’t have meat on the bones, don’t serve it.

Horrible drive thru experience. Waited 15 min for pickup because the staff was slow to serve the car in front. When complained the manager Mina started yelling at me. Unprofessional, Ill mannered staff. If you dont like what you doing, specially in the service industry please dont do these jobs. Extremely bad service at popyes east brunswick.

I just went to this location and was VERY disappointed, I ordered 2 chicken dippers and a lg rice & biscuit. Firstly, the chicken was SEVERELY undercooked, AND THEY FORGOT MY BISCUIT. We really need to get Popeyes back to the old days when people actually catered to serving a good product. Improvements need to be made IMMEDIATELY.
