Today was our first time visiting Chopsticks, and we will definitely be back! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed the assorted vegetables with chicken and fried rice, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also shared the sizzling rice soup — delicious and comforting — and Michele really enjoyed the veggie spring rolls. She also commented that the Jasmine hot tea was excellent.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. A great spot for both sushi and Chinese favorites. Highly recommended!

I had a phenomenal first experience here! The staff was very friendly and the service was top notch and quick! I ordered the chicken fried rice as I was seeking something filling and quick. I definitely plan to go back soon and try the sushi bar.

Very overpriced. Don’t go if they look remotely busy. Cold food with poor slow service. White guy at the front will just be ignoring you spinning around in circles. Asian man telling people to go back and cook yourself.
The place looks nice, but that’s about it. Fried rice is very underwhelming. Very plain with bland flavor. The pan fried noodles are lacking vegetables. Honey chicken is pretty soggy and gross.

The food was good, which is unfortunate because the service tonight was abismal- prompting this review. I ordered a single sushi roll, and for some reason, it came out 20 mins after the rest of my table’s food. Which would be fine if it was busy, they told me it would take that long when I ordered, or if they bothered to apologize for the long wait after our table had to remind them (server and manager?) that my dish had not come out multiple times. That was annoying enough, especially after the staff acted like nothing was wrong with that. But before that even happened, as soon as the rest of the table’s food had been brought, staff came by and took away all of the condiments and seasoning with no explanation- salt, pepper, soy sauce, sweetener, etc. So, we flagged down our server to ask why they did that- “we clean the rack every friday”, well, how about you do it after we finish eating and leave??? Like wth that’s actually ridiculous considering we needed multiple things from the rack. So I asked, “well what if we needed those???” to which she responded “just ask me”, yeah, if only that’s how it’s supposed to work, though it isn’t. So, overall, the staff not only got my food out very late, they didn’t apologize, and made it harder for our entire table to eat when it wasn’t busy and didn’t seem to think anything was wrong. Our table still tipped well, but only because I wasn’t the one filling out the check. Again, the food is good, but personally, shocking experience. I’d be surprised if they respond to this review, take is as evidence of my opinion if they don’t.

We think the chicken spring rolls are home made, as the dough was a little thicker than normal/ideal and as a result, some of it was still uncooked inside. Also the chicken filling was quite scarce.
The pan fried dumplings were perfect, again, may be home made ?
The ‘Hong Kong’ pan fried noodle was very good, even if the crispy noodle base was a bought in product, not cooked in store.
Unfortunately the chicken & broccoli had been left at the pass for too long, as it was barely warm by the time it arrived at the table with the noodles.
All of these issues are minimal and easy to fix, resulting in a 5/5 star rating.
Both entrees had excellent flavor, as authentic (compared to HK Chinese) as we have found in the area (we drove 20 miles to try this place).
Unfortunately our server was blunt and had little to no engagement with us. Whilst the female serving the adjacent table was super friendly and happy.
Our server didn’t contribute anything to our enjoyment of the restaurant.
We are going to return and try some other dishes, as we’re considering using the restaurant to cater for a birthday party.

This place was soooo nice! The person in the front taking my to go order was so nice! I ordered 30 mins before closing and they we so nice! On top of that the person in the front taking my order gave me a free hot and sour soup. I got the hot and spicy chicken stir fry. it was so good! Thank you guys! ❤️

The asian man in the front had a rude tone when I was placing my order. As a host of the restaurant everyone should be greeted very nicely. I placed an order and he was like. You need to be specific, if you say fried rice, you need to say what type. Mind you they only have one fried rice just with different meats. He could’ve simply asked what type of meat would you like on that. But he was very rude and made it into a lecture. Then I proceeded to order a soup for my mom. I ordered the hot and sour with chicken. And he was like I’ve never heard of hot and sour with chicken we don’t do that. So I called my mom saying they don’t do that and then he proceeded to say we can add chicken in it as i’m on the phone but he couldn’t tell me that before. And then he turned it into a lecture of how that’s not common. This whole conversation could’ve been way better. I just think if someone is not having a good day they can take this very rude and mean way. This really hurt my feelings and I hope you guys can improve on this. I do love this restaurant but service matters.

Rude, impatient, and bossy server. Server would nkt stop trying to tell me.what too do and had no patients. Would interrupt conversation every minute until you order something. Would tell you too hurry up and slam beverages glasses down everytime until you ordered. No idea about food as i refused to order after this treatment. Others in party seemed to enjoy food enough. Avoid until new or retrained serving staff.

The interior is quite well decorated and looks nice. The food was not that great. We tried two different soups and an entree and the Sodium content was high in all the items. The staff was quite friendly. We went there on our anniversary but like most places they did not offer anything complimentary.
