We went to the Adobe ordered a shredded chicken wet burrito with extra meat sauce, deluxe beef and bean burrito with extra meat sauce, sour cream, guacamole and small bag of chips, to go. The girl at the to go window was very personable.
But our burritos didn’t have much meat but a lot of lettuce, not hardly any meat sauce and no guacamole.
We won’t be going there anymore.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant and was glad they were open late. This was my first time stopping and they have half-off deals before close.
I wasn’t expecting the wet burrito to be gigantous lol, it was enough for two meals. The taste of the chips let you know they are made fresh.
Curious for another stop in the future to try other items on the menu

So excited to have an Adobe in Standale! We stopped in on their 2nd day open. While the staff was still training, everything was efficient, came out fast, and everyone was super friendly. This location is drive-thru and catering centered. There is no dining inside, but there are 4 tables with umbrellas outside. Due to limited dining on premise, there are not a ton of parking spots, but there are designated spots up front for pickup orders. Love that there is an ordering option online, as well. All the old favorites are on the menu, plus the new Cactus Queso that is amazing.

The staff are friendly, generous and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you are aware of their latest special. I love that they always us reusable take out bags. This is hands down the best Adobe ❤️

I ordered bean and cheese enchiladas with a medium chip and salsa and guacamole. The chips are soooo good. The best thing about adobe. They have this mega addicting seasoning that keeps you going back for more. The salsa is kinda just ok on its own, but paired with those chips… *chef’s kiss* .
The enchiladas were ok- I got the ranchero sauce because it’s meat free. I used to love adobe when I ate meat… the meat sauce is superb! So if you eat meat, I’d recommend that sauce instead.
Overall, the food is decent fast food, the service is always good and the atmosphere is… a drive through or a pick up counter so not great but they’re not really offering anything in that way so I’m leaving 5 stars.

The guy took old tacos and tried to serve them to me. When I asked for a refund the girl said they don’t give refunds. SO HOW ABOUT YOU GUYS SERVE FRESH FOOD.

Normally Adobe food is amazing but so far at this location, the food turns out different each time and sometimes things are missing and/or what the menu says vs what they say vs how the food turns out is all inconsistent. Tonight they were out of rice which I understand can happen but when I asked if they could replace the rice with lettuce for the cactus bowl, they said no. It just seemed odd to me since it seems like an easy switch. Instead I ordered the Fiesta salad and requested to add guac/avocado which they said they could do but when I got home, I found they did not add guac. There also was no shredded cheese like the menu said there should be. It feels overpriced for the customer service/food that you receive.

Food is good, but service is bad. On google it says they are open until midnight Thurs-Sat. On their own website it actually says they are open all night on these days. But when I go at 10:40 nobody is there. I’m sick of restaurants in Walker closing whenever they feel like it and not following their own schedule!

I ate here about month ago. Ordered dry deluxe burrito. It was horrible, the meat was burnt, ruined entire burrito. Got 2 bites then chucked the rest. I live in the area & notice there is seldom many cars & now I know why. Suggest new mgmt who cares about quality of food. Would hate to see your nice new bldg close. Good luck!
