First time I’ve been out to this Subway and I have to say, it was a pleasant experience. Usually, getting in to a place and leaving without incident is a good enough experience. The woman behind the counter made it better than “good enough”. She smiled. She talked to us. She was very friendly. Very engaging and accommodating!

I have eaten here for years. Great little place, good crew, decent food for the price. Tonight was the exception…. Didn’t have what I wanted, I can live with that…Condescending little jerk behind the counter… Not so much. Take your time, pick what you want…. I don’t think so, scooter. You didn’t have what I want, and then tell me ” these cucumbers don’t look so good, do you want them?” Then he says ” I’m not the morning crew, they can look at the cameras.” I’m not impressed. Probably won’t be back. Jason, step up your game. Pretty sad.

I let out a large sigh while waiting for my online order as I had just stopped in after going to the share park down the road. The blonde women working there proceeded to give me the evil eye, when asked why she was looking at me she gave attitude and accused me of “sighing at her” as if to imply I was unhappy with the speed of her work. The subs I got were horrendous. One didn’t have hardly eny meat on it, even after requesting a hint more, but not double. The last bite had no meat whatsoever. As well as the lettuce I requested to not be on the sub as it was old and wilted and turning brown. The server even mentioned that yeah, it doesn’t look good because it’s the end of the week.
The second sub, my father got and he stated that the meat tastes “off”. Not one to complain, he tried eating it, but the majority of the sub itself was given to the dog when he got home, as it was inedible otherwise.
I will not be recommending this store to anyone, nor will I be coming here again. I will be telling people to go elsewhere soley based off this male employee giving issues, and this isn’t the first time. But it IS the first time I’m complaining publicly.
I’m calling the store as well, and every social media outlet there is.

The service is fast and friendly. The food is good. They have a lot of different options for you to find what you want. Want a sub, they have those. Don’t want a sub, get a Flatbread. Not interested in that, get a salad. There are several different options. Want to make it a meal with chips and a drink? You can do that too. They have several different chips to choose from. They also have around 4 types of cookies to choose from.
I would highly recommend using the app to pre-order your food. This will usually allow them to make it while you drive to pick it up. Another thing about using the app is that it gives you every option available. Another us side to the app is that it will allow you to earn points towards $ off food there.

Just ordered a chicken teriyaki and a roast beef sub and both was to be toasted and they weren’t even toasted all that good was still soft and not toasted like should been bread was still cold and I even tipped him five ..

Went in after a long weekend of working nearly 48 hours in 4 days and was looking forward to a sub on my way home. The service was so terrible I left without food .
The teenage boy that was working at 9 pm was irrate that I came in to order food acted like a kid being told to pause his video game and do his homework or finish his chores .
There is no reason to act like a person is ruining your life for ordering food from your place of employment.
Refuse to give my hard earned money to a business that can’t hire friendly people that want to be there.

Newer store, has a drive thru. Haven’t tested the drive thru with more than one sandwich yet. The drive thru is no faster than making sandwiches inside, but it’s convenient. This store is rarely busy making it a good choice for lunch or dinner.
