Fiancé and I take the kids here at least once a week. Sometimes more. We don’t eat fast food at all really but we love this place. We LOVE it. The fingers sauced in hot honey mustard is the absolute best. Nice employees too. Thank you.

I ordered Zaxby’s through DoorDash and had a great experience! The pickup was quick, everything was packed neatly, and the food was still hot and fresh when I got there. I tried the Chipotle Chicken Finger Tacos, and they were excellent—crispy chicken with the perfect amount of smoky chipotle flavor, fresh toppings, and just the right kick of spice. Definitely one of my new favorites on the menu. Zaxby’s and DoorDash made the whole process easy and enjoyable—I’ll be ordering again soon!

Clean restaurant and nice workers but the food isn’t good. Chicken tenders are as dry as can be. Almost tasted as if they had been setting out for a long time or really overcooked. They were cold and tough as well. Was really hoping it would be a good chicken tender place for Vincennes. The fries were decent.

Love the chicken stripes, so juicy and the breading is just right. Got the spicy sweet chili dipping sauce that had some kind of off-putting taste to it though. I didn’t like it.
The cheese curds are soooo good! Better than Culvers because Culvers are way too salty. Highly recommend!!
Ok, update. Went there today to get a chicken tenders meal. I didn’t want the fries so I asked if could get an up-grade of the cheese curds instead. The woman that was taking my order said they do not do thst. If I wanted cheese curds it would be an extra purchase. So the orginal 11.00 meal would of cost me over 15.00 if i purchased cheese curds with the meal combo! Any other fast food place will upgrade ( at a higher cost). How disappointing.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to one of the employees. She was very friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. You could tell she really cared about giving good service and keeping things running smoothly. Her positive attitude made my visit even better, and I really appreciate the great customer service! Tried to go in to order take out at 9:15 and was told that they had already pulled the drawer and they were closed with the lobby full of high school aged kids. Would have loved to try the food and leave a great review, but unfortunately didn’t get a chance! Maybe consider updating the hours online, as it says that they’re open until 10pm

Forgot my fork but service was courteous and quick otherwise. Cheescake bites are tasteful. Finger plate was still hot when I got to hotel. Very good.
