We went on a Saturday afternoon, and after trying the food, I don’t understand why it wasn’t much busier. Started off by placing our order with super helpful, friendly staff. The food, the only serve burgers and chicken sandwiches. We had the burgers, fries and shakes, and the were all DELISH. Tasted like a nicely seared real all beef patties. I think the buns are made fresh, and all that along with fresh toppings of choice made for a fantastic burger. Yes, higher than the chains, but much better food for the price. Try the sear sauce!

Place was nice and clean. The food was decent but I rather go to the location in collierville. 3 stars because the cashiers was not friendly AT ALL! She never smiled or tried to make eye contact. She kept looking away as we tried placing our order, which in my opinion is rude. It basically made me feel unwelcomed. The drinks were not good either. I could taste the “bleach”. I tried 3 different ones. Overall I think I would give it another try in the future only because I love their burgers but if their customer service doesn’t improve I will not be going back.

Even though it’s pricey.. It’s SO WORTH IT!! My family of 4 ate for $32. Not so bad. Sear sauce is really good. Simple menu and the burgers are the best you’re going to get compared to anywhere else!

We were intending to eat at the sushi place next door, but 25 minutes from closing time they said they were already cleaning up and would be limited on what they could serve. So… we walked down to Sear Shack and asked if they would serve us so close to closing time since they closed at the same time. They said absolutely and were welcoming. The burgers were fantastic and the fries were on point. My kids loved it. They never rushed us as they prepared for closing. If management can keep up this level of service, we will be back many times.

Seriously the best burgers in town!!! Make sure you get extra sear sauce on the side it’s real good with the fries too!! Friendly staff as well.

The food wasn’t good at all. When they first came to Olive Branch I loved it but, it was disgusting this time. Everything tasted old, including the meat. I won’t be returning. The Collierville location is way better.

I got a burger and fries, my husband got a chicken sandwich and our daughter got a milkshake and fries. I can say the fries were nasty, the grease was old and the milkshake wasnt homemade and it was very watery. It was 31 dollars and change. We wont be back.

Good and greasy. Got a double cheeseburger. Kind of expensive though. $9 for burger, no fries and water. Love the salted cucumbers at the condiment bar. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t sdi expensive.
