Stopped here today to get some food after getting my hair done. I chose this place based on the Google reviews and boy were they on point! I got a rib plate with Mac and cheese, green beans and potato salad and everything was delicious! I couldn’t even make it out the parking lot without getting a taste because it smelled so good. Lastly, Ping Pong (plated my food!) and Eugene were the best! They were so kind and funny too and truly made my day. I will definitely be back for the food and to see P & E!

I caught the guys right before they were closing. Eugene and ping-pong were so helpful. I got pasta salad and baked beans .. The food must be good because there wasn’t a lot left lol , but I do plan on trying some other items at a future date .

A friend and some of his friends had visited this business one two occasions and kept talking about how good the food was. I visited this business on 8/6/25 because I was hungry for some vegetables and didn’t want to cook. I purchased two meals…one was a vegetable plate and one plate had vegetables and pork neck bones. The soul food was the best experience I’ve had in some time. The cabbage, macaroni and cheese and lima beans were great. They weren’t salty nor did they have sugar in them. ALL THEY HAD WAS FLAVOR. The broth on the neck bones was not dark and they weren’t salty but were FULL of flavor. The cornbread was NOT sweet and was delicious. And to add to everything else, the portions were great. The food wasn’t good because I was hungry…it was good because they can cook and know how to season the food for flavor. You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped by a bit late on a Saturday afternoon. It looked like they were out of most of the sides. I just got some ribs and white bread and OMG! Those ribs were so good. They were perfectly seasoned, tender, and meaty. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their food.

I order the BBQ rib plate with the potato salad and Mac n cheese. I must say when I eat I am usually disappointed. But I was not with this restaurant. Ping Pong was a pleasure to meet and I definitely will be back to try more items on the menu

I’ll add photos next time but when I tell y’all that you should run to this place if you want real good food! I’ll be very transparent & say I don’t eat out of gas station restaurants but I saw numerous people at the counter so I decided to look. When I saw how good the food looked I decided to give it a try. The owner is a beautiful sweet spirt & definitely loves getting acquainted with her customers. I was on some big back stuff & wanted to try everything so she put together a platter & it was tremendous! I’m mad I don’t live in the immediate area but it’s definitely worth me making a trip. The key lime 2 layer cake & lemon pound cake topped it off & just like the food they were delicious! I’m so glad I stopped to get gas because I’ve found a place I can get real good home style cooking.
