What a lovely little spot, right in the heart of the action in kzoo! I had a pumpkin spice matcha and it was *incredible*. Not too sweet, totally balanced – a perfect treat. We also enjoyed the cucumber toast with smoked salmon on top. Just a great bite!
A big plus is that the owners (Yaz and Tyler) are total pros, not just at the food side of things, but also hospitality and building community. The atmosphere is super welcoming, they are kind and curious, and they have local art on display/for sale. We’re lucky to have them, it’s a must-stop!

Very delicious and super cute! I love how many vegan options there are. The owner, Yaz, was very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone looking for a morning pick-me-up.

Incredible matcha and coffee shop. The owner and workers at the store is extremely friendly. The cucumber toast and almond butter toast were delicious. Plenty of other options are available for those with dietary restrictions. The Kalamazoo Mall is a short walk away, too. Looking forward to returning next time we are in town!

My favorite cafe in Kalamazoo! They are completely gluten free and dairy free. I love taking friends from out of town here for amazing beverages (Golden Matcha is my favorite) and wonderful baked goods. You can even grab a fresh made waffle or toast with toppings. Their prices are more than fair and the atmosphere is cute, creative and inviting.

I LOVE the atmosphere here and the food was good! I ordered:
-Iced Strawberry Matcha (I got it with oatmilk) $7
-Iced Vegan Horchata Matcha $7.5
-Avocado toast $7
Total: $21.50 :))
The Iced Strawberry Matcha was good and not too sweet. My favorite, though, was the Iced Vegan Horchata Matcha, it had great flavor! The avocado toast was good, though a bit salty for me personally.
I really appreciate that they offer gluten-free and dairy-free options. I was hoping to try the baked goods and hot waffle, but they weren’t ready yet when I came around 8:20am.
The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for reading or studying, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

It’s nice to have a healthier option for coffee/tea drinks that dont have a ton of sugar. Pictured is the golden matcha latte. Friendly service. The owners source local ingredients as well. A great addition to downtown Kalamazoo.

My gluten and dairy free coworkers have visited a few times and the drinks are always delicious (and worth the wait if there’s a line). Only place I have found that makes dairy-free Vietnamese coffee. I plan to try some matcha drinks soon (coworkers have liked them).
Went on a Saturday to get some work done. Was able to find a table towards the back and they have good WiFi. Seating is limited so don’t be surprised if there’s no spot available cuz this place is going to be a favorite of mine.
**If you drive, only street parking or use of a city garage are available. There’s also a step to enter from the sidewalk and I haven’t seen a ramp for easy wheelchair access.

Very friendly cafe with unique matcha drinks. They even made me a custom blueberry syrup because they sold out of the black sesame. Definitely my new favorite spot.
