I want to bring up a safety concern. Homeless individuals are often allowed to wander around late at night, and it makes guests very uncomfortable. Last night there was a man pacing back and forth, talking to himself and staring at us, and staff didn’t acknowledge the situation at all. It didn’t feel safe.

Let me start by saying that these employees may be one of the most kind and generous people to encounter. They catered a huge amount of treats and goodies for Lakewood teachers on teacher appreciation week. The entire staff felt so special and appreciated. They couldn’t stop talking about how neat & perfect everything was. We felt so honored & we thank you guys so much!

I’m here from Philadelphia working on a new building in this insane heat , I only get a half hour lunch , when I got back to the job site I found my sandwich had no turkey on it.. only peperoni. I ordered a turkey sandwich and added peperoni for only a few cents more. I don’t have any time left to return the sandwich and make I back to work. No wonder this Wawa has such a poor rating

Honestly I been going here for over 5 years I live next door. The old guy at the cashier and the lady there were super rude. Honestly they were nice to us before now they come after us. It’s very weak. And my father hear them say something because I was gonna pay for my Google Play card. And they whisper to each other:ya they gonna steal something. Wow thanks. Like I said been going here for years nothing like this happened. Note I’m willing the sue this place if his happened again.. Very very disappointed in the staff at the cash register

What nice employees. I was just treated with spectacular service by Jeanna and Alexis. They were both taking care of me making a burrito, and informed me not to miss free coffee day. They said I should make sure to get one. I informed them I had already purchased two drinks and I was OK. They made sure to make sure I felt welcomed and loved. Great job ladies

At the 5 am. hour, there’s a woman that works in this site, we will call her Lisa. She sucks the spirit out of me every time. This lady is always complaining about her co-workers to the other co-workers religiously. I don’t know about you, this is really not what I want to hear when I walk in an establishment every time. She shouldn’t be fired but at least corrected and made aware that her constant complaining makes customers uncomfortable.

I recently moved out of Toms River and realized other Wawa locations are much more friendly and accommodating. The staff here is slow, doesn’t greet you, and you will wait a long time for your made-to-order food versus other locations.
