Am a Disable veteran with severe traumatic Brain injury x 2.
An xray will reveal large black spots all over Brain. One side effect is i talk loud but respectful. I placed order for 4pm pickup i arrived 352pm. Upon paying i was told they were little short. I said that’s fine. The manager came over and said we can’t except $50 bill. I said that fine but I didn’t see a sign on door of not excepting large bills. I asked was that a written policy.She said YES. (lie) I recommended when taking orders they should state if paying cash we may not have change for large bills. I was very respectful, never cursed.i take pride serving 24yrs honorable. She stated she didn’t feel comfortable. I stated why, i said nothing dispectful. My brain causes me high tone. I left to get change and even left a tip for the driver that tried to help me. I called back with no hard feelings but unsatisfied due to they were cold. New manager said he won’t replace them because he was told that I was belligerent and cussing at management. I told him that was a lie and that am a disable vet that suffers from a brain injury. He said now feels uncomfortable. I stated This is a military town withe 100s of brain injured vets. I was told call tomorrow and he hung up.

Walked in said I was here for my order, as it said 5 minutes ago it was ready for pick up. Then they say just a moment, then 5 more minutes go by and the guy says your pizza got messed up so we’re gonna have to redo it.. meanwhile guys just standing around another in the back stock room starring at his phone.. maybe orders wouldn’t be messed up if employees were more tentative to the job at hand.

Fairly new Domino’s and closest to my home so this is my go to choice for Domino’s. Every experience I have had with this restaurant has been positive. I carry out and they are always read on the early end of the expected time from the website. They also have a large 5 topping pizza offer for carry out that is under $10. Incredible price. Staff seems motivated and tight knit. Have not tried delivery. Absolutely will continue to be a patron.

We order from here quite often and each time it seems we get less and less on what we order, tonight we ordered pasta dishes. My daughter in particular had gotten a build your own pasta with chicken, spinach and green peppers… I found all of 2 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl, very little of everything else as well besides the pasta. So very disappointed, we paid good money for this, I can make this same dish for much less but often don’t have the time. I think I’ll be finding somewhere else to be getting pasta from now on, enough is enough

This is by far the best Dominos in Jacksonville NC, great service and food every time we order, which is once a week at least.
