Michelle (main bartender) is by far the reason I love this place!
Been coming here every other month for a year and every time she greets me by name and makes my favorite drink!! Honestly one of the best expresso martinis in Wilmington! Overall the staff is great, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean. My go to place in Wilmington.

Our Christmas Eve reservations got canceled 2 hours before. we called probably 20 different restaurants to find aplace for dinner and ended up here… . The menu isn’t extensive but everything we ate was great and so we’re the drinks. not gonna lie the atmosphere wasnt at all what we expected but Miranda turned out evening around and made it a Christmas we will never forget. Definitely recommend 9.5 outta 10

Michelle is an absolute rockstar. Every time I have come in, she’s warm, attentive, and just genuinely fun to talk to. She knows her craft and makes great recommendations without missing a beat. I accidentally left my laptop behind the other day and she went above and beyond to help me get it back. That level of care is rare. If you’re at Lela, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar.
