We’re staying at the hotel so we decided to give this restaurant a chance, big mistake. It is not a restaurant. This felt like a gas station stop… Wawa has better food. First of all, I am an immigrant but the staff did not know a lick of English… that’s just the start. The sample platter we got.. the mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock, the French fries look like they were refried 3 times. I asked for a Caesar salad with steak.. they came out with a steak wrap… which I didn’t. Order that looked horrible. They finally brought me my salad and it wasn’t even cut to edible sizes.. it was literally the whole salad head and I had to cut it. My husband ordered a Moscow mule… he said it was the worst drink he’s ever had. I do not know how this hotel allows this restaurant to keep running or the health department..it deff was not sanitary at all just by the way the food was served we were scared of getting sick. It was by far the worst place I’ve ever eaten at in my 31 years of life and I’ve eaten in third world countries. Disgusting and it should be shut down and I will be reporting them to the health department.

I had my sister’s proposal party here yesterday, and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The Skyview Lounge on the 12th floor has the most beautiful views, such a stunning backdrop for such a special moment.
The owner Eddie, was incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and made the entire planning process stress free. The staff was wonderful, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was amazing, and having a bar on site was a huge plus for the guests.
The venue is clean, elegant, and thoughtfully set up, and you can tell they truly care about their customers experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to host this event. Highly recommend for proposals, celebrations, or any special occasion!

Lunch and dinner entrees are unpredictable. The chicken quesadilla was tasty one day and rubbery the next. The chicken parmesan was tougher than a tire and tasted like one, too. The only predictably good meal at this restaurant was the breakfast. The dining room is stylish and has great views.

This place is a sleeper. I’ve dined here a few times now during my stays. The food is fantastic and quite reasonable. You will not walk away hungry. Compliments to the chef!
Also, compliments to Ed who runs the place. It’s quite obvious he takes great pride in what he does and works hard to ensure you have a great dining experience. He and his team’s service is hard to find anymore.

I recently stayed at the hotel after a long flight and had the pleasure of dining at the Skyview Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
Dinner was excellent – I ordered the steak, and it was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and truly hit the spot after a day of travel. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive: perfectly prepared, with great coffee to start the day right.
A highlight of my visit was meeting Eddie Aziz, the Director of Food & Beverage. He’s a great guy and clearly passionate about ensuring guests have the best experience possible.
The hotel itself was comfortable, and the restaurant was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Eddy and his team at the Crowne Plaza Saddle Brook rooftop bar and restaurant are incredible! The space is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a great atmosphere that’s perfect for any gathering. Eddy and his staff are so welcoming, professional, and attentive — you can tell they truly care about making every guest feel special. From start to finish, the team creates an amazing experience, and we can’t recommend them enough!

The place is cool because it’s on the 12th floor and overlooks Jersey. But the service was spotty and what I had wasn’t that good. Had the steak quesadilla which I’m not sure how you mess up. Also had a manhattan no fruit was given. Service was slow. But the views are cool.

Terrible chef, made the first quesadilla beautiful but added onions and pico which I asked for to be a plain, they gave another with no plain dripping in grease with no cheese(most likely came in ) then sent another with cheese chicken and a lot of grease, your chef is trash. Replace him
