Everything was VERY clean. The decorations were very classic and beautiful. The atmosphere was very calm, and quite frankly, I LOVED it. The servers were incredibly kind, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. They were also very accommodating to allergy restrictrions. The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken ramen was not too salty, but perfectly seasoned. The seaweed salad tasted authentic, way better than some of the restaurants in the area. The sushi bar- oh my goodness it looked fantastic. They also offer trainer chopsticks for everyone who can’t use chopsticks yet. Overall my idea of the perfect place to unwind and eat.

I decided to check this place out after hearing from several coworkers that it was good, and I’m glad I did. To be perfectly honest, I was expecting more variety of menu items, but this restaurant is primarily focused on sushi and hibachi items with ramen as an afterthought. Considering where we live, I suppose it makes sense for them to not be to adventures with the menu.
It is on the expensive side for the area, but we both felt it was worth every penny. The service was also excellent, the waitress checked on us multiple times. My only complaint about the food is that the cheesecake was still frozen, but I of course I don’t expect a sushi/hibachi restaurant to have freshly made cheesecake on hand. Hopefully they thaw it longer next time I go, because it was delicious and I would love to see what it’s like when it’s not ice cream. My husband felt that his teriyaki chicken was on the salty side, but he still liked it and he had no other complaints.
The presentation of the food was tasteful and pleasing to the eye. The cheesecake was plated with a brush of purple yam sauce, my mystery crunchyroll was artfully arranged, and my husband’s hibachi bento box was also well presented. Clearly, the chefs take pride in their work.
I hope this restaurant is successful, I would love to see them expand to other menu items and pick up a liquor license along the way for some sake.

The food is so good. Service and setting were fine but not great, but the food is so good I’d eat it in a ditch. Spicy dishes have good flavor, steak was flavorful and not chewy at all. Good sushi, especially the eel roll. They have a kids menu.

If I could give this place negative stars for service, I most definitely would. When we arrived only two other tables were seated, our drink orders weren’t taken for ten minutes. When our orders were finally taken it took another thirty minutes for only one of five of our plates to come out. In another ten minutes another plate arrived, soon after our three other plates came out. Our chicken teriyaki bento boxes were not chicken but all three were shrimp tempura. When we told the staff this was not what we ordered, we received a very rude look and energy. After another 30 minutes our real bento boxes came out. When we looked at our receipt we realized that we didn’t get the chicken teriyaki version that we asked for but chicken tempura. The staff was so rude, and was not willing to accept they made not only one mistake but multiple. Never once did the staff ask about water refills. Do not think about coming to this restaurant unless you’re willing to spend 2 hours of your life in this building while being degraded by staff.

I’ve been here a couple of times and food is always very good! One of my favorite menu items is the soft shell crab which is really hard to find in this area! They have a variety of unique dishes that offer a twist on what we are used to eating around here. Yesterday I took my son to lunch for his birthday and staff made sure he had a special experience. We ended up ordering the kids hibachi for him and it came with really good portion sizes at a decent price. Our favorite item of the day was the ube cheese cake which the kitchen decorated so beautifully for my son! ❤️ Over all this place is great to have in Scottsbluff. I’ve personally wished for a Japanese restaurant in the area for quite a while now and I will be returning!

Really I would give this restaurant a 4.5. It was really good! I had a scallop bento box and my lovely companion had the hibachi filet mignon. We both loved our meals. The portions of rice were very generous. I took some home and made more meals from it. I would for sure go here again. It was better than I was expecting. Super

I got the two-roll lunch combo with onion soup.
The rolls were fresh (spicy tuna and spicy salmon) and delicious.
The service was excellent as well.
A few guests were there for lunch at around 130, so it was nice to see business rolling in.
I will be back to try hibachi offerings next.

Crab ragoon dip is one of the best my husband’s ever had! Great flavors. The sushi roll deals/combos are great. The Green River roll was unique, with honey Wasabi mayo. We had a 3 roll lunch combo, a specialty roll, hibachi, a bento box and 2 appetizers for under $90.

I didn’t realize this is what the world has come to. I spent 50 dollars to get this?? Where’s the food? The scallops are inedible, the chicken is not cooked thoroughly and the steak is tough. Do NOT order online, you MIGHT have a chance to have more proportions if you go inside. I do NOT recommend.
